We booked 2 rooms for which we all regret! We arrived late at night and received a cold welcome. The rooms are very tiny. They were in need of updating. We also noticed that the curtains badly needed washing. The plastic cups in our room were used and when we asked for some glasses the man at the desk said we...

We stayed at Centrale in March 2017. Firstly, it is a long way from the famous part of Venice that most travellers would want to visit. Its a bus journey followed by either a very long walk (one hour plus) to get to the main sightseeing areas, or a very expensive Waterbus. It is also extremely expensive to do anything...

Hotel was brilliant, inexpensive, very clean, friendly staff. Great selection at breakfast and slap bang in the middle of Carnevale. For the price could not fault it, would recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the tedium of chain hotels.

We stopped here Monday - Friday. All the team were pleasant and welcoming. A great location as lots to do & see. Across the road is the bus stop, and a ten minute walk to train station. Easy to find your way around and also some good places to eat in the night times after sight seeing. Mestra itself is...

This is advertised a 3* hotel maybes in the 1970s, could do with a lot of up dating but saying that it was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was in a couple of small dinning rooms leading to hold ups at the buffet style counters. If you like cakes and sweet things for breakfast you...

It is a 3 star hotel, nu so far from the rail way station from Mestre and very close to the center of Mestre. Near the hotel is a Tabacheria were you can buy bus tickets to Venice and crossing the street is the bus station to Venice. The hotel is ok: - the staff at the reception was friendly...

The hotel and the room was not too clean neither too dirty, I would say middle, but wish we had gotten cleaner one and better one. Since the 1st second we arrived to the property (reception) we were treated disrespectfully by the receptionist. The blond woman (I cannot call her a lady based on her behaviours) she was very rude...

Myself and my husband have just returned from a lovely 3 day break in Venice. We arrived at the hotel after a quick shuttle bus journey from the airport. We were checked in swiftly and told where our room was. We were located on the first floor on the front of the hotel. We settled into our room which we...

We were dubious about our stay having read the reviews before we went, but it is very nice. Yes there are little things liked a cracked mirror that could be replaced, but the crack is at the bottom and you can hardly notice it unless your looking down at the floor because it's by the lift. The bedroom had twin beds...
