Booked two rooms for kids and ourselves through a travel agent but may have been cheaper online but they found us good flights. + First of all the rooms are cheap and clean and reasonably well maintained - always vital ! + Located near bus stop to Mestre central and tram to Venice. Bus stops at 23:15 pm I think. + Nice Staff and a pretty reasonable breakfast. - TV not really usable at that hight and above light - pretty unique position.. - Like most Italian hotels room has tiled floor but as bed not attached to wall if you lean on wall to read book you will push the bed across floor ... - thin walls and small lift - may struggle if in wheelchair for those interested. Overall a good budget hotel and worth considering given + points. I don't bother with Italian TV and dubbed westerns and stairs are fine if necessary - if the hotel spent £100 on non-slip feet for all the beds the main issue would be resolved.

We have stayed in much better hotels, but this was clean, comfortable and just the job for what we wanted. Breakfast is continental, but loads of it. In January the room was cold, but reception turned the heating on and all was fine.Couple of fantastic restaurants within 5 mins walk. Lidl just down the road, and the bus stop not far away. 1.50 euro gets you into Venice. We would stay again if we do another Venice trip. Please note the walls are thin, so can be a little noisy. That said it didn't bother us too much.

I loved staying at this very cosy clean hotel. It was charming.we were welcomed by the young man in reception he was so helpful.also the.location is fantastic near bus stops. We also had. Lidl which was walking distance. We stocked up on snacks and drinks. The rooms are basic but clean reminded me of my stay in Bangladesh. The buffet breakfast was delicious good variety to choose from. I still miss the lovely thick hot chocolate. When it came to checking out we handed the keys over but we're allowed to wait until it was much later to get our bus to go to Rome station.

Great hotel, nice breakfast, nice staff. A disadvantage is that it is a very noisy hotel. People next to our room had a fight well we knew that. There is also a shop next to the hotel where you can buy a bus ticket that will take you directly to Venice. It is good to do with public transportation. Hotel is recommended. Delicious breakfast.

A decent hotel - quality report price - very good receptionists, decent breakfast, but it is repeated every day, the room is a little small, at the bathroom you can put a shower, cabin, every day, enter the maid's room , the rooms are not well soundproofed (everything is heard from the neighbors) From 5 stars - 3 stars accord, it has an excellent placement in Mestre - which I learned on the spot - next to the bus stations - that take you to Venice , Mestre Centro, Gara MEstre, Airport TReviso!
