Legrenzi Rooms was created from the restoration of the late 19th century Corte Legrenzi building located in the beating heart of Mestre. Situated next to what will be Europe's first Museum of the 20th century, the building's structure has been improved by enhancing original architectonic details and applying an essential, North European style. The modern Rooms for Rent hosts numerous masterpieces of international design (Eames, Jacobsen, Colombo, Castiglioni, Starck, Magistretti, etc.), and offers eight residential units, some equipped with separate living areas (in addition to the bedroom). Legrenzi Rooms is not just the ideal place for a business trip, but a perfect combination of comfort and refined style to accomdate the most evolved and demanding tourist only a few kilometres from Venice.

We spent 5 nights here with family and friends. Very good location, 3 minutes to the bus 7E taking you to Venice in 15-20 min for 1.5 Eur. Rooms were big and very clean. Breakfast was decent though every day same things. You can also get an apartment and cook your own if you are too picky. we liked the special architecture and design. In the area you can find great pizza place and great coffee near M9 museum. By the way this modern museum is practically around the corner.
Hosts were very helpful and nice, we highly appreciated this location !

Located not far from Mestre central in a little courtyard with terraces, restaurants and nice shops Not far from the center the location is really great - cozy yet central.

The rooms are puristic and clean and serve well for a couple of nights stay. For longer stay I would choose different.

The host is very friendly and helpful.

I would come anytime again

Very comfortable bed and spacious apartment, very minimalist style but felt very relaxed and clean.
Philepe was an excellent host and he even checked us in early which saved us lugging our suitcases around the town centre.
Some nice restaurants within a stone’s throw

I stayed with my mother and my sister on the first week of September to attend the Venice Biennale. After reading the reviews I decided to stay at this B&B.
At a very convenient price, Legrency rooms exceeded all my expectations. Beautiful rooms, very clean, lovely breakfast, adorable and very helpfull hosts. The hotel is located 15 minutes away from Venice but is ok as, just around the corner you catch a bus into town.
I would definitely stay at Legrency rooms again!

I am a world traveler and have stayed at way too many hotels to count, but I was amazed at the hospitality, cleanliness, decor, and large size of the suites at the Lagrenzi Rooms. If you come to Venice and wish to stay somewhere away from the craziness then this is the hotel you should choose. This is definitely a 5 star property.

My family and I checked into Legrenzi Rooms on June 4th and really enjoyed our short stay. During our 10 days in Italy and Switzerland our best hotel experience was at Legrenzi Rooms. The hospitality of the husband and wife owners was unmatched by anyone else we met. I enjoyed hearing from the owner about the 3-year hotel renovation and the historical value of the building. They put their hearts into this hotel and it really shows. The rooms are very clean and modern with nice fixtures and effective air conditioning. It is obvious that the owners have a eye for clean design and the results are spectacular. There is limited parking available for 10 Euro per day if traveling by car. It is an easy bus ride across the causeway to Venice and the bus stop is about 50 yards from the hotel entrance. I would definitely recommend Legrenzi Rooms to anyone traveling to Venice.

I spent few days in this new, small hotel 20mins by bus from Venice.
I was delighted by the design, so stylish, all white and eclectic, very trendy!!
The rooms are large and confy, ask for the rooms upstairs, some small penthouses worth staying. Breakfast is large with freshly baked cakes and pastry.
The owner is very welcoming...
Excellent stay!

Legrenzi Rooms is a very nice place. Our room was in two floors, clean, comfortable and in the centre on Mestre. In few minutes we arrived in Venice by bus.I suggest this B&B because it gives a sense of relax and calm. We will come back as soon as possible!

The best thing about this place is the staff. Unbeatable friendliness.

We came here with a group of friends for a boat party. From the beginning, we were positively surprised with the coziness of the place and the kindness of its people.

Rooms are very well done. They did a great job in creating a modern and rustic look at the same time.

Pros

- Staff.
- Rooms are spacious and so is bathroom and shower area.
- Location in Mestre is good - very close to nice restaurants and lots of shopping to do.
- Breakfast is VERY nice. Staff will make sure they provide you with everything you need. It feels like being at home.

Cons

- Most people come here to visit Venice. Whilst location in Mestre is good, if you aim at going to Venice, I simply think Mestre is not quite as close as some people think. I hated taking the bus everyday to go to Venice. I personally dislike public transport in Venice.
- Some rooms have the sleeping area at the top (in some sort of second level, with a view to the first one. Air conditioning reach is limited, so usually the part downstairs is super cool and fresh whilst it is hot and humid in the bed area.

The room we had at this hotel was great! It had a funky, modern artistic vibe. It was clean, comfortable, & we appreciated the mini bar when we got hungry or thirsty. The hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, so it was easy to get to from the train station. Also, the staff were very nice & the breakfast very tasty. The only issue we had was that the loft upstairs where we slept was uncomfortably warm - a fan upstairs would have remedied that. Otherwise it was a pleasant place to stay for a decent price.
