We visited this hotel 16th October to 20th October 2019. The hotel is the result of a refurbishment of a very old building (600-700 years old we believe). It must have cost a very considerable amount of money because the result is first class. The hotel is in a very small village that has two restaurants and a small shop for groceries etc. The view from the swimming pool area is of the coastal area which is wonderful to wake up to in the morning. Ok so having woken up after a very good nights sleep - the beds are as good as we have ever slept in (we have been on holiday in many 5 star hotels). Go down to the breakfast dining area to be welcomed by the owners, and there it is a truly excellent choice of hot and cold foods buffet style. be careful what you eat if you are on a diet because the choice is very varied with multiple cakes, flans pies and pastries, all fresh on the day and delicious. No rush with breakfast as the owners ensure a plentyfull supply of coffees and teas. There is another gem at the hotel - his name is Sanjaya, a great guy who comes from Sri Lanka, a perfect part of the team and also a very good pastry chef ! Now where do you need to go on days out. The hotel will organise day trips Capri or Positano, they book for you and pick up is from and to the hotel, Pay for the trip direct to the company who own the boats. We went to Capri and it was a wonderful day, the guides on the boats are first class, full of information and advice. We plan to visit Positano on our next visit to this wonderful hotel. right now down to thanking the staff. owners Rita and Olga, they are twins and we do mean identical !! Ritas husband Giancarlo, a typical handsome, well dressed and very friendly Italian gentleman, and lastly but just as important to the smooth running of the hotel, Sanjaya a great guy who always seems to say yes I can help even before he knows the question. That's it, if you want to go to a fabulous location and to a hotel where you will feel part of an Italian family then this is it, MANY MANY THANKS TO ALL THE PEOPLE WE HAVE MENTIONED-WE WILL RETURN.

Beautiful small hotel in a secluded area, perfect for a relaxing break. The hosts are most welcoming and will do anything they can to make your holiday memorable. Good breakfasts, lovely sun terrace with spectacular view. Unfortunately we did not have a car and you really need one to make the most of this area.

Our party of 9 adults/teens just spent a fabulous day with Lucia. She took us on a great olive oil tasting tour, and then we had a cooking class in her amazing outdoor kitchen. She was delightful, the food was delicious, spot was lovely - absolutely a terrific way to spent the day. She had told me to plan on 3 hours - was more like 6, and we all left stuffed and happy. Highly recommend.

My husband an I stayed here for 3 nights, and it was lovely. We booked it not realizing it was a 20 minute drive to Sorrento and we didn't have a car. However, this stay worked out beautifully, the owners helped us book a trip to Capri and we visited the farm just down the road. I would really recommend this hotel, the twin sister's who own the hotel made us feel at home instantly and could not have been kinder.
