This hotel is a beautifully restored classic building with giant rooms, high ceilings, beautiful balcony looking over a wonderful courtyard, and interesting well designed bathrooms. They have a friendly bar with treats in the evening and an amazing breakfast spread like none other on our trip. The location is great, near shops and restaurants. The only negative for me was...

THis is a charming hotel, imaginatively modernised from an old convent and set in a quiet square in the old town. Such a pretty building and garden. We were lucky as we had been allocated a first floor room with a balcony and view of the garden, but others in the party were in rooms that had no view and...

If you are touring Sicily, I would suggest taking Marsala off of your list. The town has very little charm overall, compared with Trapani which has much better hotel, food, and sightseeing opportunities. This hotel is a 3 star and it is fine for its class. Nice and friendly people but very basic accommodation. Its location is good but again,...

Wow! What a welcomed surprise in Marsala. Upon checkin, Giuseppe the host offered to 1) park our car, 2) give us s room at around 10 am (!!!), 3) offer us a complimentary breakfast and 4) greet us continuously with s smile and sincere kindness. And he also provided us excellent lunch and dinner recommendations and recommendations. He was amazing!...

This is a very pretty charming hotel with gorgeous public rooms. We splurged on a junior suite and were very happy with the extra space and comfortable furniture. Staff were very helpful with city recommendations and reservations and preparing before-dinner drinks. Good breakfast. Free parking nearby.

We stayed for four nights in this hotel. The rooms were fine but not wonderful. The bathrooms small. We were lucky as we had double doors that opened out to a small balcony. Breakfast was served on the first floor with an excellent choice. There is a rather strange glass floor which is not very pleasant to walk upon that...

My husband and I spent three nights in this comfortable and lovely hotel, which is in a renovated convent, located in a quiet piazza. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we were allowed to check in three hours early, which was nice. There were a lot of sitting areas throughout the hotel, including a lounge on the main...

We stayed in the suite and enjoyed it immensely. We were first greeted by Marco who was a delight followed by Marsala wine waiting in our room. The lobby and bar are grand and inviting. Tina at the bar was friendly and helpful. Be mindful of gypsy types trying to collect fees in the nearby free parking lot. We loved...

For reasons I cannot explain Hotel Carmine is listed as a 3-Star Hotel. It should be rated higher. It is a lovely hotel with friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms with lovely accommodations. It used to be an monastery so it is beautiful inside. The breakfast is delicious and quite a feast. It is centrally located. It is a truly...

I heartily recommend the Hotel Carmine. We stayed for two nights in mid-September and had a lovely time there. The staff was welcoming upon our arrival. Particular thanks to Tina, who assisted us with dinner suggestions, and Marco, who called ahead to our next destination. The hotel itself is quietly beautiful and elegant. Each morning's breakfast was bountiful with many...
