I heartily recommend the Hotel Carmine. We stayed for two nights in mid-September and had a lovely time there. The staff was welcoming upon our arrival. Particular thanks to Tina, who assisted us with dinner suggestions, and Marco, who called ahead to our next destination. The hotel itself is quietly beautiful and elegant. Each morning's breakfast was bountiful with many... More

Restaured 16th century monastery. Helpfull, wonderful staff, great location. Parking free & is a bit tricky but staff really helps out. Excellent renovation that kept the charm & character of the monastery, with elevator. Very good breakfast spread, easy walking to every where. Many beaches to around by car.

Old 14th Century Monastery located in a square right near the main thorough fare in town. Awesome breakfasts included and good rates. 30 second walk to shops restaurants, etc. Great value for such a nice place. Note rooms are very small since its an old monastery that has been renovated. Only street parking is available, but was never an issue... More

Stayed here for one night as part of a tour of western Sicily. We had Room 30 which I believe is one of the best in the hotel. It was truly stunning and huge! There are many details of the original monastery left there such as the tiling and windows. Found a wine bar around the corner where the wine... More

Well located in Marsala old city, overlooking a quiet Square. The hotel is stylish and elegant with an attractive breakfast garden. Rooms are en suite, with air conditioning and nicely decorated. Pleasant stay after a poor start - 1st night the a/c kept cutting out and needing a re-set by reception. Rooms at the back are quieter than those overlooking... More

I've been at this hotel x one night , it's looking nice since the first minute ,since when you are parking the car. It's an old bulding , totally renovated , but keeping still the old style , there is a glass lift to reach the superior flors ... the room was clean and relaxing ,with good service Location is... Quiet piazza, clean and spacious room, great staff, and beautiful garden breakfast are just some of the reasons we will stay here on our next visit to Marsala. We were able to park for free right around the corner and didn't need the car again for our stay as this hotel is only a few steps from the beautiful main... More

Pretty and interestingly converted monastery, reminiscent of a historic parador in Spain. Check-in fine but had to park fairly remote (but free) after dropping off luggage. Top floor room was small and a bit too 'monastic' but with some quirky details. Bathroom was quite nicely done (shower only) too with quirky touches but a bit tight in area. Beds were... More

This former convent is very attractive and has a pretty enclosed garden. It is in the old centre of Marsala and an is easy stroll to all the sights, bars and restaurants. Naturally, parking is slightly tricky, but the hotel staff were helpful and even moved our car for us. Service was good all round and we enjoyed the amazing... More

Great location in the heart of the city. Great breakfast and lobby for evening drinks and watching soccer game. Two problems, parking is on your own, I thought they had parking at the hotel but you had to find street parking. Plus the air conditioning was not working. Could not get it cold enough and it was just too hot... More
