We travelled by car, I think it is a very good place to stay when driving car in Sicily. It might be less convinient when you are without car. It is a very nice and clean place. Breakfast was not included, you can buy it for 5 Euros. We booked bungalow for 4 persons and paid in advanced as it was cheaper this way. We had problem to find the place but we travelled very late at night so it was dark. Signs leading to camping however were small and without name on it, it were just pictograms showing a small tent. We were welcomed by familly of three who runs the bussines, very nice people. Place is nice and tidy, bungalow appeared to be a small appartment with 2 sleeping rooms (one king bed and one double decker bed), fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom equipped in hair dryer and towels. Very nice place. I reccomend it!!

The camping is lovely, clean and comfortable, surrounded by nature and not far away from crystal blue sea. Also it is perfectly located for to visit interesting places of Sicilia. The owners are very pleasant, helpful and understanding. The rooms are provided with all you need for comfortable holidays.

This campsite is very quiet, silent, clean place to spend your holidays in Sicily.
The sanitaries are always clean and the pitches are comfortable and provide an excellent service.
The owners are polite and will receive you personally and let you feel at home.
Thy are also available anytime to give you helpful informations about the main touristic places in Western Sicily such as: Favignana, Marsala, the Lagoon of Stagnone, Mothia, salt ponds, Segesta, Erice and Selinunte.
I recommed you to visit this lovely place surrounded by a lot of different mediterranean trees that will let you relax and enjoy the nature.
I will return soon.
I recommed you

hard to access and hard to find, 3 km from the beach too far to walk. Once there the owners charged extra 20 Euros for each child, when tripadvisor didn't indicate any extra fee or surcharge for children but I guess they might do it to every foreigner. we got the felling that we were in a flee market where everything there had a price (1 load of clothes to wash-5 euros; 1 trip to Marsala-15 per person) and the prices could vary depending on who was buying and what time was buying. Careful if they tried to tell you at your arrival that the bungalows have no kitchen and that you will have to eat in town in a certain friend's restaurant. It's not true. the room has a kitchenette, clean with everything you need to prepare a meal. Also air conditioning and 2 rooms, one of them with a bunk bed and a communal pool. just be careful with shady and dishonest people trying to rip off foreigners. other than that the bungalows and the grounds are pleasant.

Response from Giacomo T, Proprietario at Lilybeo Village

Dear customer, it was a pleasure for us to have you in our infrastructure and that you have appreciated the cleanliness of the bungalows, the garden and our beautiful pool. We're sorry you found it difficult to reach: on all our portals we put GPS coordinates and then in the area coming from the highway we have several signs that guide visitors directly to the structure. Our apartments are all equipped with fully fitted kitchen where guests can prepare their own food with no extra cost, however if guests like to dine in the restaurant, we are happy to point out some of the most popular clubs in Marsala. Our guests, if a drive you can move independently by its own means, as in your case, but if you prefer a taxi, the cost to the city center is € 15 per trip, not to person. Our property is located in the countryside and is three kilometers from the sea, just three minutes by car, we specify this as in all advertising on the web and is clearly visible on Google maps. The laundry has a chip as in all of Italy camping. With regard to the reservation, you booked for 4 adults and we have reserved rooms as booked, but on your arrival we noticed there were 3 adults and 4 children 4/7/9/11 years. For 3 more beds we asked you just a supplement of € 20 Total to repay us not even the cost of laundry. In our structure, as in all tourist facilities in Italy, do not pay for children under three years of age sleeping in bed with their parents. Now, I do not know the habits and customs of your country but in Italy if you book for 4 adults will reserve rooms with 4 beds and not for 7: children are registered and must pay. However, if you decide in the future to return to our strucutre, we will be happy to welcome you. Thanks and best regards.

I've been there with my girlfriend and we spent a good time. The owners are always there if you need some help. The toilets are always clean and the price is cheap.
If you need some suggestion of where to go to eat or places to visit you can ask at the reception!
If you have a navigator it's easy to find the place otherwise you have to pay attention to the signals.
Very near to Marsala and it's port from where every day there are boats that bring you to Egadi islands!

Just got back after spending a very pleasant week here. The bungalow is small but perfectly formed! The main bedroom had a comfortable double bed with storage either side. Mounted on the wall was a small flat screen TV that we used to watch some of the one love concert in Manchester, in Italian (which we don’t speak).

The second bedroom had bunk beds and a pretty substantial wardrobe. We used this to store our luggage and motorcycle gear so a can’t say how good the beds were but they looked OK.
There were plenty of plug sockets to recharge phone, cameras and kindles but none that we could find in the main bedroom, which wasn’t really a problem for us.
The kitchen was small but well laid out and well equipped with pots, pans, coffee maker etc. As is usual with Italian campsites, there is no kettle so we brought our own camp kettle.

There were louvre doors and shutters so ventilation was not a problem at all. There is also AC unit.

There is no shop on site but there are many excellent supermarkets very close by.
There is a vending machine that sells cold drinks, water and chocolate at very reasonable prices (1 euro for a can of soda and 60 cents for a bottle of water). There was also a coffee machine there but we didn’t use it.

The camp site was very easy to find using the GPS co-ordinates from the web site and it is also well signposted.

My pet hate is gravel roads as my motorcycle does not do well on them and although the entrance and the roads to the campsite is gravel, it is very well compacted and we had no problems.

The pool was excellent and pleasant to swim in. As usual bathing caps are compulsory but we don’t mind that. There is also plenty of loungers around the poolside.

Although there were quite a few motorhomes there and a few of the bungalows in use, the campsite was very quiet and peaceful. It is a small campsite so I cannot imagine it getting too rowdy even in July and August.

We toured the area by motorcycle and found a lot to see, wine tasting, historic sites, etc.

The staff were lovely and very helpful indeed. Anthony deserves a special mention as he was particularly helpful in organising a car to take us into Marsala so we could go wine tasting and then out for a meal.

The place is very clean and has a swimming pool. We rent accommodation. The location is not great for visiting the island, we are in the north east of the island, on Marsala and it is not here that the environment is the most beautiful. The advantage is that the campsite, which offers pitches and accommodation, is quiet. We also have wifi and laundry. What remains to be criticized is the “old-fashioned” side of the accommodation. They are well maintained and in good condition but the decoration really needs to be redone! An average welcome from the concierge…. Not very pleasant but hey…

My wife and I stayed for almost the entire month of October and we had the opportunity to see the care with which the structure is managed. In fact, everything is tidy and clean, both the camping area and the village part, but also the swimming pool and the small common areas, all well shaded by discreet planting, with essences that perfume the evenings.
After a day at the seaside (two km away) and visits to the surrounding towns, the bungalov (two-room brick apartment) allows you to enjoy all the relaxation you need, especially for a good night's sleep on truly excellent beds and mattresses.
Greetings and thanks to the managers, always available, friendly and discreet.
Greetings :
Marco and Cristina
