We came here to spend our holiday with my partner. We arrived to Pisa airport. If you can figure out which bus takes you to Marina di Pietrasanta (it's called E25 and it departs from the bus station to the right if you are coming from the terminal) it's an hour long journey from the airport. Note that italian public... More

We came here to spend a week in June with friends and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is such a charming old villa set in plentyof leafy greenery in a large garden and grounds, with ,well maintained swimming pool, with sunloungers and towels readily available,a tennis court, table tennis table, and the attraction of outdoor breakfast dining.Being able to breakfast outside on the sunny mornings under... We hed a nice stay here. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is very good. The main plus is the location. The frontdesk office however should inform visitor better as the area closes for traffic in the evening. We had to park our car outside this area once because they failed to mention.

We spent a week in this hotel, mid May 2015.Quiet location with good grounds (perhaps ion need of a facelift, especially the pool area). Clean, well equipped, good food and service All the staff we met spoke English, some better than others. Arianna in Reception worked in London for several years so her English (& comprehension) is excellent. she is... More

Quite basic rooms but clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and very nice typically Italian restaurant 5 minutes down the road. Prices for August reasonable too. We stayed for 2 nights for our first wedding anniversary,we booked as it was very close to a venue that we needed to be at on one of the nights. The setting is lovely, an old villa, with lots of greenary and flowers and a lovely forecourt and pool area. The room was basic and expensive for what it was,... More

Overall, this is not a bad place to stay, especially for families. We stayed in the villa behind the main house, which had a light and fresh feel to it, although our room was very small, and not very comfortable. But at least it had air conditioning, which is what we had requested. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful,... More

We made a reservation for a standard room but this was very basic, small and without aircon. Because of the very warm period we arranged an upgrade in one of the villa's close to the mainbuilding (€ 25 more per night). The room in the villa was perfect (nice and clean room with aircon, spacy bathroom, big balcony).Breakfast was great;... More

We stayed one week in one of the Apartments in the main Building (please ask for a room in this building). The hotel has a tennis court, a nice + big pool. A plus is the garden with all the high pine trees. The owners bought the building just after the war and has added and built but maintained all... More

We stayed for 6 nights and it was really nice, mainly due to a professional and very friendly approach from Tiziana's staff. We were on a half board and we really enjoyed the local kitchen. Chef there is doing a great job serving authentic Italian dishes which you select from the menu the day before, so everything gets served really... More

“Ask explicitly for a room in the annex building in the garden (not the annex across the street!) Well renovated, less busy environment, less noise.... Nevertheless rooms in the main building (with balcony) are acceptable as well, clean and avarage space, basic bathroom.”
