Stayed four nights and enjoyed it very much. Diego was very helpful and the cleaning staff was very good. Loved the breakfast on the terrace. Diego took the time to brew every cup of coffee for all the guests.

We visited the region for a couple of days on a recommendation from a friend. I selected Villa Amelia based on a few comments from other reviews. WOW, what a treat. Our room was very comfortable with nice amenities. The breakfast was plentiful out on the patio garden in a very nice setting. Diego, the owner, was extremely nice, helpful,... More

Meet the most friendly host you can imagine and stay in one of the lovely rooms with balcony and enjoy the Italian coast of Toscany. Take one of the bicycles (free) and peddle along the coast to Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore or Viareggio. Enjoy the sun and sea on one of the many beaches. Or stroll on the... More

We (me and my boyfriend) have been staying at Villa Amelia for 6 days, September 2014. And despite our let's say scrupulous attitude to such a places (cleanliness and functionality are our the highest priorities), we haven't found any flaws at Amelia. Let's look together: first our request after arrival was room at 1st floor instead of ground floor (don't... More

We stayed ine week in Villa Amelia and enjoyed the time. Nice clean room, good position near the beach. 10min by bike to Viareggio in one direction and Forte del Marmi in another. 10 min by car to Piatrassanta, lovely town in the mountains. Pisa and Lucca can be easily reached by car. Bycicles were provided for free by Diego.... More

Everything was better than I had expected. The host (Diego) was very obliging and friendly. Bikes, wi-fi are free. Maybe only one thing... Breakfast could be more hearty. Anyway it couldn't influence on the hole impressions of this hotel.

We stayed at Diego's lovely villa over the last week,he is a fantastic host and the serene villa is right in the middle of the Marina di Pietrasanta. Perfect for the beach 2mins walk, a short walk to local restaurants, bars & shops. Secure parking. A great place to relax and a good base to explore the area from.

We stayed here one night on our way to the south of Italy and were more than satisfied. So much nicer than an unpersonal large hotel. This is a lovely white well kept villa. We immediately felt at home. Diego the owner is a relaxed charming and friendly person ready to help with anything. The room was bright, pretty and... More

We stayed at Villa Amelia on our way from England to Siena.First impressions were of an immaculate white building with a verdant garden. The parking facilities are excellent, safe and secure. The room was relaxing, spotlessly clean, and spacious. The breakfast was excellent too. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, everything you need is here. Diego is charming...
