Great hospitality, excelent rooms, excelent food, nice pool area. Highly recommended by us!!! Some distance to shopping and restaurants. Quiet area. Price level OK, but this may be different during high season.

The hotel has its own style with lovely pool area. It seems like the hotel has been "upgraded" through generations with an exiting outcome. The breakfast has a huge selection + extra hot menu you are free to order from Parking can be a challenge but they help at the reception

we were on our way after visiting "chinque Terra" heading to Lucca, looking for a place for overnight stop and a chance to visit the Carrara marble caves. we found this hotel and it was a huge success. the hotel is located less then 10 minuet from the beach and 15 20 minuet drive from the cave. it is a...

Whilst touring Italy an tuscany on our Harley Davidson we stayed in around 12 different hotels ranging in price from £50 to £250 and whilst this was nearer the lower price it was among the best . A family run beautiful hotel with great little touches that made it so homely . It isn't in the best location but not...

Stayed one night in this traditional family run hotel. Pre booked and upgraded to new room, well worth the few euros more. Best hotel shower I have ever experienced, four different ways to wash in one large cubicle. Staff are excellent, could not do enough, we went in for dinner, there was a coach party in, but they were happy...

I don't want to say too many positives as it's likely I'll have to return to this region quite frequently and I want rooms to be available. The only reason I give it a 4 star is that I wasn't pre-warned about the pool not being open. Likely 'cos it was pre-season and it was in fact being filled the...

Stayed here for one night with a business colleague and couldn't have asked for a better hotel. We arrived late so didn't get to sample the hotel food other than breakfast but given how good that was I would really like to try an evening meal. The young lad who was working reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms...

Expected a Florence(small, typical European) hotel...found a stupendous spa style beach resort. In summer would be a different experience, but late Sept was a real treat. Lovely room(bathroom!!) but the breakfast was totally unexpected. Easy trip to Cararra(marble fame) market then on to Lucca.

We stayed here for 9 nights and found the hotel, staff and facilities to be excellent. The hotel is very much a family run business and this is evident in all areas. One night the man of the house even drove us out to our restaurant when we asked for a taxi, the service at all times was second to...
