We visited as a small family and had a dog with us, we loved it! We stayed a week in a mobile home (two rooms, each with a bathroom, and a living room + kitchenette) . Our child had a great time playing with other kids in the playground and soft play area (there is also a small arcade but not much fun) and enjoyed the animation (we went in August, there was animation from 10.30 till 12, from 4 till 5.30 and at 9.30 PM) . there are two cafes where to sit and relax, one pizza restaurant and a full restaurant, with really nice, well cooked food both very reasonable priced . the beach is only a short walk away, and the walk is very pleasant. Also, for the ones who are into sports, there are activities that can be done (horse riding, go ape, running is easy as around the campsite is flat and in very safe paths and also inside the campsite there is a calisthenic frame). Would highly reccommed!

Camping Le Marze used to belong to a Tuscanian very wealthy family for many years. Couple of years ago, seeing that the business was not very successfull and given that such hospitality business was not core for the family, they decided to sell the Camping. The new onwers have decided to revamp the structure and to boost the marketing effort for getting to a profitable business. All fair so far . . . but some key catches are there, that make the Camping Le Marze on my opinion not worth the visit: 1 - the director has not been replaced. Clearly a mistake. In fact the seasoned quite limited professional is not really up to the task. One example for all: the silence time span for the camping has been set through a sudden May 2019 new set of camping rules from 00.30 to 07.00. This is clearly a joke. No camping worldwide enforces silence after 11 pm !!!! Keep in mind that around the camping and in the bungalows you can still see hanging to the wall the camping rules where it is clearly spelled out the silence to be from 11 pm. As a matter of fact wherever you are located in the camping you will be disturbed till late night by loud sounds including music and some fancy italian shouting in the mic 2 - the front office clerks and front office manager lack professional skills for simply performing the duties a front office should be able to perform. They are definitely nice chaps but totally useless in case you really need solution to specific issues. 3 - camping infrastructure is still far from the one you would expect for a modern state of the art camping 4 - mini club only in Italian and really poor as far as quality: I' ve set my 3 yrs old for just an afternoon and the only activity that has been provided is getting the few kids around a small table and providing them with some markers to paint on white A4' s. That was really a joke. In fact I had to find a baby sitter and pay for her 10 Eur per hour!!! 5 - every night a pathetic show takes place in what you would expect to be an outdoor proper venue. In fact it' s a post-sovietic type space where some italian not very skilled young fellows propose in Italian language only some quite boring, un-interesting sketches or simply electronic games. Considering most of the camping guests are non-italian I find this totally clueless If you decide to go to Tuscany if I were you I would ensure to skip this camping while in the area there are 3-4 other campings that can surely provide you better client experience than this one.

I generally really enjoyed camping here. The campsite was flat and even so not problems setting up the tent and no annoying roots or stones to deal with during the night. Very clean facilities and very convenient to have a large supermarket and small cafe/restaurant at the center of the property. My only complaint would be that no-one seemed to enforce the supposed quiet-time between 10pm and 7am, as all three evening loud music kept playing until after midnight, and people kept shouting and talking very loudly while walking across the campground.
