The location and neighborhood of this hotel is safe. The person in the reception can speak English though not helpful when it comes to carrying customer's traveling bags. I mean the hotel owner should hire someone to help considering there was no lift. The bed sheets and the towels do not smell nice. They smell like they have not taken...

We stayed here one night before flying out of Venice. It was very comfortable and easy access to the bus stop. The breakfast was filling and very good. There is a nice outdoor space to eat breakfast during warmer weather

Fantastic neighbourhood, safe and convenient location - Minutes away from the train station n bus stop. Loved the pleasant, spacious & clean room. Eco-friendly! Very thoughtful way of planning their schedule to accommodate guests to their cozy dinning area. The most friendliest and helpful staff at the reception and restaurant. Genuinely nice people! Super hotel for a wonderful stay especially...

I rate hotels based on price, location, rooms, service and amenities. This hotel rated high on service, price and location. Lower on room and amenities. Venice is expensive so this hotel was a bargain. The room #11 was barely wide enough for two beds but they were comfortable. The shower was tiny. The WiFi was spotty at best. The breakfast...

Quiet neighborhood, clean rooms, wonderfully helpful and accommodating staff. The breakfast was generous and tasty. The staff made a recommendation for a local pizzeria that served the best food of our trip to Italy. While not super convenient, it was fine: about a 7 minute walk to buses to Piazza Roma in Venice, which take 15-20 minutes. About a 15...

Pros: Very clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, good location Cons: Can’t think of any, except that if you open the window, you risk letting mosquitoes in (not the hotel's fault that Venice has big mosquitoes) I stayed in five three-star hotels during my Italy vacation and this is the best one. Even though the price is slightly higher than...

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a great price compared to a lot of other hostels and hotels around Venice but the staff are also very kind and offer really good service. Super easy to get to the island with the bus and easy to walk to a busier area on the other side of the trainstation. All the...

Near to suburb, easy to get in, but be ready for getting something really different from what you booked and hidden, never explained extra costs too. We choosed them just because of free, closed parking place, checked our reservation with them in advance, giving the license plate number, but just a few seconds after arriving we were standing at the...
