An excellent hotel. The food was very good and catered for everyones taste. The staff were very friendly and they could not do enough to make your holiday a good one. The room was very clean and the towels were changed everyday. An extra touch was that there was a beach bag which contained a beach towel, flip flops and...

Visited here with partner and parents in September/October. This is a truly fantastic hotel in a great position, with breathtaking views. The staff cannot do enough for you and the food is out of this world. The walk into Malcesine along the Lungolargo (including a short, steep hill) is lovely (although lengthy for older people?). We thoroughly enjoyed our week...

This is our second stay here after our honeymoon 10 years ago, if anything it has improved! We stayed in the new Stefania suites which were absolutely brilliant, well designed and fantastic views of the lake. Stayed half board and breakfast was ok but evening meals excellent with great service from all of the staff. There is a lovely walk...

We stayed here for one week enjoying a second-floor apartment in a new block with views overlooking the lake, just a couple of hundred metres away from the main hotel complex. I really can't recommend this hotel enough. The hotel was clean and attractive. The food was amazing with a plentiful buffet breakfast and a five-course evening meal (don't worry,...

This is a really lovely hotel ideally positioned near the medieval town of Malcesine. Rooms large and comfortable. Hotel has a nice restaurant which serves a 4 course set menu every night with a vegetarian and fish choice as well as a meat dish. Hotel also has a spa offering a range of (rather pricey) beauty treatments. There is a...

Bit of a rarity in Italy - large, spacious and modern rooms. Admittedly, we stayed in one of their new "Stephania suits" so it was nice and shiny still ... but having stayed in other hotels locally, it was a breath of fresh air to have some space. The hotel is set in a lovely, private, picturesque setting - our...

We stayed here for three nights. It was a lovely hotel. We opted for a new room which was very modern, large and had great views of the lake. The brekkie was great, as was the pool area. We loved the walk along the lake promenade into town. We also loved the fact that we could hire bikes for free...

Lovely hotel in a great location. Food good - bar area nice but not very used on an evening plus the waiter was quite rude telling us to be quiet after 10pm. It was just laughter with other couples which you want on a holiday. I'd recommend the local supermarket for a great 3 euro bottle of decent Prosecco and...

Stayed in on of the villas located in the grounds of the hotel. Very spacious very clean. We slept peacefully in a super king bed. Excellent views of the lake. Staff were extremely helpful food was superb excellent grounds to stroll around but we found this was a most relaxing holiday and will be back to this super hotel.

Very peaceful set in pretty gardens with good views of the lake as outside of the town, takes a good 25 minutes to walk in, but you can catch the bus at end of road & if you book any trips they pick you up there. Rooms clean & well appointed. Very friendly/ helpful staff , good facilities & very...
