We recently stayed here and could not have been more pleased. The view from the rooms and pool is spectacular. The room was clean and modern and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and spoke excellent English. Of special note was Ivana at the front desk. There is a very convenient garage under the hotel. The breakfast buffet was... More

Unfortunately for us we felt the hotel was slightly too far from the town. We were in Lake Garda for a friends wedding so getting to and from the town we had to rely on transport as it was just over an hours walk. There is a bus right outside which is 1 euro there and back and this is... More

My wife and I spent six nights here whilst staying in Lake Garda. Their web site suggests that rooms come with a bath (which they don't) and air conditioning (technically they do, though they don't allow them to be turned on). For the first few days of our stay, the temperatures reached up to 28degrees, so the room was very... More

excellent staff, and location. Break feast was best had in Italy rooms are good size and opposite the lake. only issue was the double glazing on patio doors could be thicker to reduce the traffic noise from the road between hotel and lake. and the wi fi in the rooms was hit and miss depending on where you are standing.

We spent 5 days in this hotel. The accomodation was really good, but the way they cook in this hotel is a tragedy. Most of all the dinners had no taste, they sometimes use very cheap ingredients and probably make the meal in the cheapest way. We would reccomand this hotel just for the accomodation but with eating somewhere else.

I have just returned from Malcesine where I stayed 3 nights at the Parc Hotel Eden with my daughter. I don't normally add reviews to Tripadvisor but I was really impressed witht this hotel. We arrived at lunchtime and were greeted outside when our taxi pulled up by the hotel owner/lady on Reception. We checked in and were then invited... More

We chose this hotel for its views and it did not let us down! The most breathtaking views are from their swimming pool: mountains overlook you and you overlook the lake and even more mountains. It is also spectacular to look out from the bar terrace over the lake to see the beautiful lights of the towns. Although the hotel... More

The only thing the hotel was missing was Don Johnson.. it looked as though the hotel was straight out of an episode of 'Miami 'Vice'.. The location and staff were great, the hotel itself needs some work.. aside from the decor, it looks as though the owner has lost interest in the cleanliness of the rooms.. there's even an old... We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in June. He had a very large spacious room that faced both the hillside and the lake. Lying in bed you had everchanging scenery as the clouds fell and rose all around the hillside and across the lake. Quite magical even when it rained. The staff at the hotel were very helpful... This modern hotel is starting to need a little TLC. The food was OK but I've certainly had a lot better at other hotels elsewhere on Lake Garda Excellent views but room noisy because of the main road running close outside
