Husband and I just got back from ski trip. Hotel well situated for one lift but long walk to others. There is an unpleasant steep corner (blue run) from this lift so not for nervous skiers, our crystal rep did warn us so 1st day we walked to another lift. Hotel room large and clean although we had a screw...

I lived in a doubleroom. I like my beds little softer, they were really hard. The view was nice towards the mountains. We tried the spa which was very good. If I can suggest something to the spa it is to have a little more calm jacuzzi. It was very "aggressive", you could not relax without trying to save your...

We stayed for a week half board whilst skiing. The hotel, staff and food were all excellent. The hotel sits in the middle of the village, and gives easy access to both the nearby ski lift 50 meters, and facilities. The front of the hotel can be noisy, particularly when snow clearing is taking place.

We stayed there with 4 teenagers and stayed in 2 room, one family -room and one double. The rooms are quite big and very clean. The breakfast was very good and for dinner you could chose between 4 courses. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to be at service. Good location.

The staff is very friendly and try to help in any way they can. The rooms are clean and the location is just 5 minutes walk from 5 Laghi gondola and close to city center. Very good breakfast and good dinner. Ski locker room and we had a room with mountain wiew.

Just back from a week at the hotel. From start to finish you could not fault it. From the brilliant reception staff, bar staff, cleaners and dining room team they could not do enough for us. Nothing was to much trouble. I felt that perhaps the food was a bit 'rich' for me and would have preferred simpler meals but...

We've just returned from a week of skiing in Madonna di Campiglio and stayed, as usual, at the Savoia Palace. This is a great place to stay - convenient for the 5 Laghi lift, very central in the town and, most importantly, a very comfortable hotel with familiar and efficient staff. We stayed on a half board basis and both...

Previous reviewers are divided in their opinions. I am with those positively disposed. May be due to the term of our stay (end of March), in spite of having a front room, we could not compain about any noise in the night. Room (219) was spacy enough for two and spotlessly clean. Towerls were changed not daily but after every...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Savoy Hotel is a 4 star hotel in the town of Madonna di Campiglio. It is centrally located on the Sissi Piazza, which is the gateway to the Viale Brenta Dolomites. Behind the hotel you will find the '5 Lakes Gondola' which takes you to the entire Campiglio Ski Area 'Val di Sole Val Rendena'. This is also an excellent place to start from for summer walks. The hotel has spacious rooms for its guests as this was the typical style in luxury hotels of the early nineteenth century. Constantly renovated and refurbished, the hotel offers high quality services in a warm and friendly atmosphere, suitable for family vacations or with groups of friends. With the new management under the Antonioli Family, they wanted to focus on the hotel's tradition of maintaining a top class service. The newly-refurbished rooms with hardwood furniture are nicely decorated in soft pastel colours. All rooms are equipped with precious white Carrara marble bathrooms. You can spend time relaxing at the piano bar in the Hotel while listening to Italian and international music, and sample delicious cocktails prepared by our barman . The hotel has a children's playroom where they can play happily while you are enjoying the music. As is traditional with the Antonioli Family, they continue focus on serving food as per local traditions and using local Italian produce. The hotel features a modern spa where massages and beauty treatments are offered, giving you a much-deserved rest at the end of an eventful day's skiing in the beautiful Dolomites. ... more   less
