Having just returned from this lovely hotel after a Christmas holiday with my wife and our two children I can say that it is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are good and clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are typical, small but with all facilities. The breakfast is superb with some fantastic pastries along with a great savoury selection, fresh Orange juice you make yourself in a machine and a juicer if you fancy carrot juice or something else. The bar is well stocked and the selection of antipasti put out in the early evening is great, we sometimes ate so much we couldn't manage a full meal. The ski locker is easily accessible from outside with boot warmers for all so all your equipment is warn and dry in the morning. The position of the hotel is one of the best in town with the Pradalago gondola 50 yards away and either the Piste to the bottom of that or the Belveriere piste 50 yards the opposite direction from the hotel giving you as near to ski to door as you will find in Madonna. You are also right in the heart of the village. All in all a great holiday in a lovely hotel, in a great resort and I would recommend it to anybody

This hotel is perfectly located, a few meters from the Pradalago ski lift. The ski locker room was very good and easily accessible. Breakfast was good and the staff was kind enough to open half an hour earlier on our last day because of our early departure. Bar and lobby service was excellent and everything was very clean. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The only drawback was the lack of soundproofing. Overall a fantastic hotel, will definitely want to stay here again.

We stayed for a week and loved the rooms, breakfast and ski locker facilities. At the foot of pradalago gondola so perfect to get up onto the mountains. Madonna is a tiny town so nothing is too far from anything.

I will start by saying that this hotel is in a good location, not far from the Pradalago gondola. In addition, breakfast, though a bit of a scrum at times, was varied and plentiful. We also found the staff to be very helpful. However, whilst it appears that the public areas have been somewhat updated, the rooms are very basic, in dire need of updating and on the small side. The bathrooms are also somewhat cramped, though the room and the bathroom were both very clean. Finally, the soundproofing of the rooms isnt brilliant. We could hear our neighbours to the side, and also the enthusiastic sounds of those above... This review is a 4* because of the location , cleanliness of rooms and staff.

The first thing to point out is that this isn't a 4* hotel as described but more like a 2/3* B&B and if you have this expectation then it is fine. The room we had was extremely noisy, unfortunately the road outside the hotel is a very busy one with lots of traffic noise and late night revellers returning, furthermore we unfortunately were next to a family room with very noisy thumping kids, I don' think there is any sound insulation. The room was clean and comfortable, but only one plug socket?! The bathroom however is in serious need of updating, a bidet and a tiny shower cubicle which was impossible to bend down in, who uses a bidet anyway? Get rid of this and put a small bath in which is much needed after a full day on the slopes. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. It is in a great location with a lift almost opposite the hotel.
