We stayed for just one night in July and really enjoyed our stay. The owners were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The room was full of little extra's that make all the difference as well as being beautifully clean and quiet. There is an outside seating area for guests to use so we took advantage of a... More

Stayed for 3 nights whilst we explored Lincolnshire. Ideal base for visiting the coast and countryside. Judith and Richard were ideal hosts. we were met on arrival and treated to tea and cake. The breakfast was freshly made with plenty of choices. We stayed in Tawny Owl, comfortable, homely and a large walk in wet room The chocs at night... More

Me and my friend stayed here overnight as we were attending a wedding nearby. We couldn't have booked a better place!!! Judith greeted us very warmly and our room was Tawny Owl. It was lovely!! Spotlessly clean, modern and comfy. We even had a sewing kit and playing cards in the drawers to use. Our hosts served a delicious breakfast... More

We stayed in the Little Owl. After getting off the road we were kindly given drinks and treats. The owners are very friendly. Lots of good parking out back. Beside a quiet street. Great selection for breakfast and cooked to order. Bed, pillows and room were comfortable. Room is small as described but good space around bed with night tables,... More

Stayed in one of the cottages visiting family in the village. The bed was so comfortable and the cottage was perfect for us and our small boys. It had everything we needed and was clean and well thought out.

Using west view whilst visiting a local friend. Lovely complex of b&b, cottages and some caravan sites. Ade to feel very welcome. Stayed in one of the very well appointed cottages. Received an excellent ' local produce' breakfast. Good position for visiting Louth or coast.

We booked 'Little Owl' at West View as we wanted to see the seals at nearby Donna Nook, having previously had a booking cancelled by another b&b whose owner was rudely inflexible with checking in times. No such problem here - we arrived later than planned but were welcomed in after a very long drive, and given an excellent recommendation... More

Just returned from our second visit to West View this year. We stayed in the Barn Owl suite both times, it is extremely comfortable, tidy and well decorated, we love it. Judith and Richard always give you a warm & friendly welcome and the breakfasts are yummy. We will be back next year. Tracy & David Moore

Stayed in one of the self contained cottages for a week, enjoyed the peace and tranquillity of the location. Cottages are well furnished and contain everything you need for self catering purposes, easy to find and within reasonable distance of Louth.

I have to say that West View is one of the best b&b s, we have stayed anywhere. The accommodation throughout is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Set in a lovely quiet rural village conveniently situated. Breakfast is served in the conservatory looking out onto the garden. The breakfast itself was very good, cooked to perfection by Judith who uses her... More
