I'd struggle to go over two stars. Best part was a lovely balcony over looking the centre Street. We enjoyed our week. Zodiac is in a good location. Breakfast is basic. Tea coffee crossaint bread roll. You can ask for ham and cheese. Guy doing breakfast is grumpy and he gives the impression he'd love to be anywhere else. He... More

Owner is actually quite sweet in his own italian way... NB. You only have to ask for cold meat and cheese every morning then he gladly brings it free of charge. Laundry also just down the road from hotel. 15 Euro to wash and dry a load. Give the lady a longer time to get it done as the exact... More

I've been there this morning for an Italian breakfast (cappuccino+brioches)... But the experience was really terrible so I decide to leave this feedback... Bar pretty dirty, the owner unpleasant, the cappuccino Burned ( tasting like coffee burned ) and the brioches with jam (red fruit) terrible! Don't go there for breakfast!

The hotel is situated in the heart od Livigno so it's not a problem to come back even late at night. Rooms are not very spacious, but clean and towels are changed every day. Breakfast is perfectly italian so everything sweet, nevertheless you can always ask for ham and cheese. Good płace for skiers and snowboarders who just need a... More

Mold everywhere, lime scale etc. just look at the photos. Towels , old, dry, stift and creased. the woman who "cleaned" our bathroom... More

Excellent location. Clean hotel, every day room service is provided. Staff friendly, I mean the younger servant, who was very helpful. You must be ready for the breakfest offer. If you use to have more than croisant and piece of bread with jam in breakfest, take your own food (cheese, bacon....) with you. Coffee, tea etc. is provided without limitation.... More

All previous review told everything about this hotel, but I have few more: Our room was Nr.218. 1. Location - perfect. Quit place, few steps from main walking street. 5min walking distance from ski lift Nr.22 and 10min walk to ski lift Nr.23. Bus stop to Bormio (Thermal water spa) is located in 5min walking distance - bus stops at:... More

The Zodiac is situation right in the middle of town, walking distance to both sides of the mountain. There's also a small ski locker in the basement, which we were never told about and this was actually our second time staying here! I've seen a lot of people complaining about breakfast and "mr grumpy" but honestly at the price for... More

The hotel is based slap bam in the middle of the town with nearby bus routes taking you to the slopes. The breakfast while basic, is always fresh and there's alot more items such as cheeses and meats if you ask for them. Staff are mostly friendly and the rooms fit their purpose. The boot room can get a bit... More

Hotel Zodiac is a good hotel, centrally located in Livingo. The rooms are spacious, clean and warm. There was plenty of hot water for baths and showers at all times of the day. The cleaning staff were very efficient and more often than not had the room serviced while we were having breakfast. The breakfast is typical Italian fare, fresh... More
