Hotel welcoming; clarity & efficiency of instruction. 30 seconds get a bungle of keys instruction for safe passport returned and off to a very comfortable room. spacious enough as ski accommodation goes. Lovely big ensuite, Balcony off each room. Jacuzzi, sauna and relaxing…
Very friendly staff and right at the bottom of the beginner slopes. Food wasn't too bad but we decided to eat out most nights as we were with another couple staying in another hotel. Rooms are small but well kept.
"Wifi was good on first floor but didnt try others. If you dont have kids avoid rooms next door families.Kids are up late."
"Ask for the middle floor as this is where the hub/router is for wifi if you want decent reception in the evenings."
"Room 209, low ceilings high windows"
"Any room at the Hotel Valeria will not disappoint!!!!! It was lovely and quiet because it was not above a bar and caters for families."
"Room 109 - has side view only and balcony."
