This is a well priced hotel in walking distance to the ski lifts. Should you want to explore slopes further away, the bus comes past the front door. Rooms are simple but comfortable. The owners are very hands on and friendly. It is on the quieter side of town which allows you to get rest at night, but still in walking distance to night life. Would recommend.

Brilliant hotel for a week of skiing. Hotel is really clean. Locker in the basement for skiis is brilliant and so handy. Staff are all really nice and friendly. Breakfast is simple but has something for everyone. Was always nice and warm here too (even with the snow outside!) Hotel is really close to gondola (lift 30 on the map) which is great 10/10 all round! Cant wait to come back next year :)

Thank you to Andreas and his family for looking after us so well during our trip last week - the location was absolutely perfect for us. It has its own ski storage garage in the basement with space for skis, boards and boots and toilets as you come in and out - just perfect and right across the road from Mountain Planet ski shop. It is 5mins walk from the ski lift Cassana which was quiet and a great way to start making your way up the mountain at 9am every morning. Rooms were perfect - clean and had all we needed - hot showers and adequate space and a lovely balcony in 201 to overlook the slopes and mountain every morning. It was great to have breakfast provided - loved the fresh croissants, rolls and cheese every morning, delicious cappacino and tea and water to hydrate. There is a supermarket across the road and another (Co-op) 10mins up the street to get bits and pieces for the day ahead. The bus to the Motolino mountain brings you home no bother. It was lovely and quiet at this end of town so slept perfectly. The bar on the premise became a gathering spot for other friends staying nearby with great value for wine and beer. We were poor on italian and his family have little english but Andreas has some and works hard to help you with all your needs. We look forward to returning

The hotel is a short walk from the farthest gondola and all four free shuttle buses stop right in front of the property. The rooms are very clean and adequate. There are ski and boot storage areas downstairs and a lift! The hotel has a bar and seats outside for sunny day apres ski drinks. There is a pool table (and other game tables) in the bar. It is a short walk from the hotel to the centre of town. The gourmet food market across the street is a real treat. As the town is a duty free zone, meals and liquor are quite inexpensive. The owners do not speak English but they make do in German and are very nice and accommodating. The only negatives were the thin stiff towels and the very hard pillows. You can't really beat the location though. It is on the quiet side of town -- the other end can be quite rowdy especially at the weekends.
