I am always a bit wary of booking half board because of past experiences. The last 3 years my wife and I have been gluten free. The head waiter discussed the evening dishes with us each morning. Most could be provided gluten free by substitution or using a GF pasta, if not he would offer the kitchen to cook something off the menu that was gluten free. Full marks for customer service. Plus they had a great range of wines on offer beginning at 13 euros up to 30 a bottle or their house wine which was much cheaper but obviously not as good. The room servicing was the best we have experienced on a skiing holiday.

I booked this hotel for the good price. It was much more than I expected. The room was small and shower even smaller but it was what I needed . Friendly and helpful staff made me feel comfortable. I had half board. The staff in restaurant was excellent. During my motorcycle trip I did not seen anyone to do the job like he did. A really professional which you can’t see nowadays. This hotel is a place I am happy to visit again.

After the years it's like to visit friends, excellent hotel location, skibus stop 20 meters from hotel, very good kitchen, any time we find suitable option from 3 for us (starter, main), last couple of years free wifi in rooms is great, but could be bit faster. Next year we would appreciate room in 1st floor :-). Significant for this year well experineced and very friendly restaurant staff.

Super location good food and helpful staff but the rooms are just tiny. looking at the floor plan I think we were unlucky in getting the smallest room on the first floor just by the lift. the room really is just too tiny to accommodate 2 people. if you can try to avoid getting this room. the shower is also far too small. other than that the food is good and the staff were also very helpful.

in Livigno. It was our first ski holiday here and we picked this hotel at random. Indeed the rooms are rather small but we only spent time there for sleeping. Food is excellent, staff very friendly. Easy access to bus and ski slopes.
