Excellent hotel for exploring the Aeolian Isles. Rooms fine with great view of the sea and swam daily in the warm sea outside the hotel. Staff and food first rate. It helped that the weather was fine for the whole week.

We stayed at this hotel during a week's walking holiday in these lovely islands. The hotel is well situated only a short walk from the centre of the town. There is a swimming platform and lovely clear, warm water to swim in. The rooms were good but could have had more comfortable beds and bed heads - sitting up in...

I forget how many years it is that we have been staying at the Rocce Azzurre, but year on year the hotel of Adriano and Ariana Longo improves. Quite how, I'm not sure. This year though, Orazzio di Stefano's dishes proved that great flavours don't require complicated construction and his pasta is always exceptional, as is his masterly touch with...

My husband and I spent a lovely 2 weeks here at the beginning of September for our 5th year wedding anniversary. The Hotel Rocce Azzurre is a genuine delight. Its tucked away down a steep hill right on the side of the sea. Our room had sea view (recommended), which on a clear night you could see all the way...

We stayed at this hotel at the end of June for a week. We chose it based on the reviews and location. We were not disappointed. Everything about this hotel is positive. The location obviously as it was right on the water, quiet and a comfortable walk from town. The fact that we could swim right off the platform into...

What a lovely place this is: the rooms have been recently made up and the view from the balcony is simply stunning! The service is really good too: after a sudden problem in our room (the air-con had broken down) we were quickly moved to a different room and our stay was really pleasant. Breakfast is very good too, on...

This is the 7th year that we've stayed at this hotel, and every year we continue to be impressed by the very high standards, cleanliness, friendliness of all the staff, and quality of the food. Orazio, the chef, conjures delicious meals out of fresh local ingredients. And the view is still as wonderful from the restaurant terrace.

This is the second time we have travelled to Lipari to stay in this lovely small family-run hotel. The location is wonderful, with the terrace overlooking the sea & the pontoon with sun loungers where you feel you are floating on water. We all thought dinner was amazing & loved the locally sourced fish & seafood cooked in local style...

This hotel fits in perfectly with the overall atmosphere of the Aeolian Islands. Friendly, family-run, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It felt like "home" from the moment I arrived. Cozy common areas, all of which have sea views. Pool? No need! The deck hangs out over the crystal blue water of the seas. In fact, it feels like the entire property...
