It's an apartment, on an island, in a archipelago in on of the most unique location in the Mediterranean sea and the world; on top of that it's by far the best apartment you can find on the island. it's designed, managed and kept all year long for the the travellers so no refurbish summer house or makeshift airbnb for the summer season. Location wise is just outside the center, so no movida under your windows, but close enough you can reach the port on foot with all the restaurants and the shops of Lipari. Design is fresh and well kept, we were assured alla apartments receive a makeover and fix each season to improve the functionality and comforts. you can live out of your room with the kitchen and all but it would be a shame to not visit even an inch of what's outside. Hosts are very helpful and resourceful, the degree of interaction you want with them is your own choice, don't abuse it but also don't be too shy. Perfect for summer, we plan to visit again off season as Lipari and the Eolie really offer year long entertainment and wonders to discover.…

Hi!! My mom and I stayed 3 nights at VILLA Sea Rose (The Light house Keeper Villa). It was absolutely PERFECT!!! The location is great 5 minutes walk to the Marina Corta (heart of Lipari), the entire house is beautiful and very clean and you find everything you need for your stay!! Breakfast on the terrace facing the sea is magical at sunrise😍🤩!! Nicole, the owner is very kind, helpful and friendly!! Do not hesitate, you found the right place to stay on Lipari Island!!!!

This was my second visit to the Villa Sea Rose and on both occasions Nicole and Armando have been warm and welcoming hosts. They are happy to assist you with anything you might need, from suggesting a great restaurant to eat at, organizing an early morning taxi/transfer, recommending local places to visit on the island and the other Islands close by. The apartments are extremely comfortable and tastefully decorates. The outdoor terraces attached to each apartment are very private and the perfect place to have an aperitif as the sun goes down. I highly recommend the Villa Sea Rose!!

Our first visit to Lipari and we were thrilled with our accommodation at Villa Sea Rose. The apartments are creatively decorated, inviting, comfortable, clean and bright...the entire Villa Sea Rose is a visual delight. Nicole was thoughtful and informative, and has a great knack of bringing people together. Her enthusiasm and passion for life on Lipari is contagious. The apartments are perfectly located, with a tiny, quiet, safe beach almost at your back door. It's a short walk to Marina Corte - wonderful spot for breakfast - with a small supermarket close by, and an easy stroll to the town and port. We really appreciated the service provided by Nicole in pick up/drop off at the ferry - such a blessing when you're dragging luggage. Cannot wait to return!

Family of 6, we rented 2 apartments at Villa Sea Rose. Accommodation is very good, private, and quiet. Host Nicole and her partner Armando do their best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Don't miss their rooftop terrace where you enjoy your meals overlooking the ocean,,, AWESOME VIEW . Don't hesitate to book this place, I'm sure you will enjoy your stay. Perfectly situated, tastefully decorated comfortable and very well maintained apartments, within which we were very well catered for by our hosts. Our 2nd time in Lipari and second time at Villasearose, and it felt very much like coming back home. Making an amazing stay on a beautiful island all the more memorable and special. Right down to the little beach literally next door, and the warm attentions of our hosts everyday. Magical experience we can’t recommend highly enough!

We stayed at Villa Sea Rose for 1 week in July 2019. The Host Nicole is super friendly, speaks several languages (Italian, English, German and even more). She picked us up from the port by car and answered all our questions. Our room (Alicudi) was exactly as shown on the pictures and was very clean and had a nice big terrace with shade and a lot of flowers. The bathroom was clean and big enough and we often used the small kitchen with the fridge. All rooms are equipped with air-condition (important during summer time). We also used the rooftop terrace which is shared with the other guest (but it's really big, so you're not bothered and have a lot of space) and has an awesome ocean view. The house is located in a quite and safe area and you can walk to a small beach in 2 minutes and to the old port of Lipari (Marina Corte) with all the restaurants and bars in 10 minutes. Also a supermarket is nearby. If I travel to Lipari again I will definitely stay at Villa Sea Rose. It's a little paradise on a wonderful island. Thank you, Nicole.…

Loved the location and loved Nicole. She was very friendly, very approachable and always happy to assist us in any way. Villa Searose is an easy walk from the main hub within a complex of 7 apartments, tastefully designed so as to maintain privacy. Rooftop terrace was a bonus where you could relax with the wonderful sea view and a bottle of local vino.

We stayed a few nights in the apartment. Nicole was an excellent host, helping us with everything we needed. The fiat is clean, with great views to the sea and you can also use the top terrace floor for a relaxing afternoon. Conveniently located to the marina for a coffee and the port for the ferries to the other islands and Milazzo.
