Hosts are very helpful and resourceful, the degree of interaction you want with them is your own choice, don't abuse it but also don't be too shy.
Perfect for summer, we plan to visit again off season as Lipari and the Eolie really offer year long entertainment and wonders to discover.

Villa Sea Rose is a very special and beautiful place - a small quiet gem close to the beach and just minutes from the city and Marina Corta harbour. The apartment was clean and well ⁇ ined, modern furnished and very functional. Air conditioning perfect - we were there in July. The covered terrace - where we were most of the time - was surrounded by shading lemon trees and the most beautiful flowers. We spent four nights in Vulcano apartment in May. The apartment is spacious, spotless, modern and very well equiped. The location is lovely - down a street with no motor traffic so very quiet, with lovely garden. The terrace is beautiful, pefect for relaxing with a book, having breakfast or having a drink in the evening. The old harbour and the main street are less than 5 minutes walk so everything is convenient. We were met at the ferry port by our taxi driver, Danielle, who pointed out all of the places of interest on our way to the apartment. We were met at the apartment by Luca, who gave us his bumber and told us to call if we needed anything. And Alessia was charming and very helpful. We couldnt recommend Sea Rose highly enough.

The apartment we stayed in was called "lipari" which was very spacious, clean and modern. There is a great outside terrace for having a gin and tonic in the evening, where you can listen but not see the sea. The location was great as it was only a short walk along a quiet street down to the old town and in the other direction a short walk to a small bay where you can swim. Alessia was the lady who looked after the apartments and she was lovely and could not have been more helpful. When we go back to the island we will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Villa Sea Rose for 1 week in July 2019. The Host Nicole is super friendly, speaks several languages (Italian, English, German and even more). She picked us up from the port by car and answered all our questions. Our room (Alicudi) was exactly as shown on the pictures and was very clean and had a nice big terrace with shade and a lot of flowers. The bathroom was clean and big enough and we often used the small kitchen with the fridge. All rooms are equipped with air-condition (important during summer time). We also used the rooftop terrace which is shared with the other guest (but it's really big, so you're not bothered and have a lot of space) and has an awesome ocean view. The house is located in a quite and safe area and you can walk to a small beach in 2 minutes and to the old port of Lipari (Marina Corte) with all the restaurants and bars in 10 minutes. Also a supermarket is nearby.
If I travel to Lipari again I will definitely stay at Villa Sea Rose. It's a little paradise on a wonderful island. Thank you, Nicole.

If you are looking for a quiet, welcoming and charming place this is the place ! By chance our internet search lead us towards Nicole and his family. We enjoyed situation (not too close from the center but at the same time very easy to reach walking 10mn) we enjoyed the rooftop (incredible sea view) we enjoyed the bicycle for going to the bakery, and above all we enjoyed the warm welcome and smile of Nicole. My boyfriend and I stayed at Villa Sea Rose (in the Filicudi residence) for a week in August and we had the most fantastic time. We were looking for a place which was very relaxing, with the option of things to see and do around the island and Villa Sea Rose, and Lipari more generally, didn't disappoint. The villa is ideally located a 20 meter walk from the small stony beach, where we would sunbathe every day and it's a short walk in the other direction to the lovely piazza with plenty of bars, cafes and shops to enjoy. The port is just beyond that, where it's very simple to hop on a Hydrofoil and go to another island to explore. Alessia was a wonderful host and couldn't do enough for us, making us feel very welcome in the villa. The villa itself was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with beautiful views out to sea and of the lush, rocky landscape across the island. I couldn't recommend Lipari enough and Villa Sea Rose is the ideal place to stay and enjoy it.

Originally we booked in Sea Rose residence for 5 nights but during our stay we wanted to stay for another 3 days Wonderful place to stay, quiet , romantic and near the sea The apartment is less than 3 minutes from the big place , Place of Marina Corta , in the centre of Lipari. The day of arrival we had the free taxi , this a great thing for those who do not know the way to arrive in the apartment . In every case the port is very close only 10 minutes walk along the main street Lovely terrace outside the apartment ,where to eat our breakfast and dinner, a great way to start and finish the day! We would recommend Sea Rose residence as a pleasant and quite peaceful place to stay.

from the main road , and only 700 metres from the main harbour where you arrive.
