Hope I said that right! My second family is what I consider Chiara, Renzo, Giovanni,Maddy and of course Lola to be. Having traveled the world I have never been back to the same place twice. Then I found La Suppinna and the Vitti's and came back one year later. Their hospitality and generosity is genuine and way over anything I've...

La Suppinna is Lecce's best kept secret. It's a fantastic B&B in the middle of town. It has a central location and you can walk everywhere easily. There is also a garage available if you drive there and I believe you can even bring your dog. The B&B has 2 separate apartments. On the ground floor is a large 2...

I can never thank enough chiara, renzo, giovanni and maddy, for the remarkable hospitality extended during my two year long stay in lecce as a researcher. I stayed in this rooftop B&B during the initial period of my stay in a summer. The family provided a wonderful accomodation and all necessary tips and help for a beginner. La Suppinna is...

I stayed with Chiara, Renzo, and the Rossi family between February and June last year; renting the rooftop apartment whilst working as a teacher nearby. The apartment is very centrally located in the historical part of the city, just off Via Giuseppe Palmieri, a beautifully windy (and typically Italian) street with minimal traffic, but with plenty of bars and restaurants....

We had a wonderful time staying at Chiara and Renzo's apartment. We enjoyed sitting out on the rooftop in the evenings and the location couldn't be better for exploring the historic city. Chiara and Renzo were wonderful hosts and we were made to feel very welcome. Nick and Janet

We rented the upstairs and downstairs apartments. Both were more than adequate, the roof terrace in particular was a massive bonus. I have to admit I was slightly skeptical beforehand knowing the owners lived in the same building... my skepticism however couldn't have been more misplaced, Chiara's hospitality is simply WORLD CLASS, humbling in fact... she and her husband Renzo...

I wanted to return to a place I had worked in after graduation in 1973. All I knew was that I did not want to drive but I did want to enjoy the Italian experience. The packing of a swim suit was in anticipation of a trip to the sea!Not that I am swimmer but this is a warm place...

I really enjoyed my experience at this roof-top B&B in central Lecce. Chiarra and her family are wonderful hosts. They accommodated any request I had. They found parking for my rental car nearby and even let me use their bicycle. This location is perfect for exploring this beautiful old city. And its close for day trips to the coast. Chiarra...

Like one of the previous reviewers, I too LOVE this place. The large downstairs apartment where we stayed for one week last summer is not perfect, but what bathroom and kitchen lack in space, is more than made up by its lovely authentic feel. Those cream coloured ceilings of soft Lecce stone are really something special. It was fabulous to...

We stayed at this very central oasis of calm for 10 days and had a wonderful holiday. Our hostess was exceptional and gave service WAY above what we've come to expect. To begin with, she met us at the 'bus station and drove us to the apartment, which we were delighted at, little knowing that this was only the beginning!!...
