We stayed here and could not believe the size of our room. It extended to 33 square meters and had even a grand piano in it which seemed lost in the vastness of the space. You do really feel you are staying in a completely different location and in part of a beautiful Italian Palazzo. The location is superb in... More

This is a lovely place to stay in Lecce. Mauro, our host, met us where we parked our car and walked us to our spacious apartments which were in a separate building a short walk away from the main Pallazo Belli near the Duomo. He gave us three recommendations for dinner and told us he'd return in the morning at... More

Although it was not quite what we were expecting, it turned our rather well. We were in a self contained apartment round the block from Corso Vittorio Emanuele. We had a kitchen/diner, bathroom, bedroom, and roof terrace. Over about 3 levels so quite a lot of stairs. All very clean modern and stylish. The owner, Mauro, laid on ground coffee,... More

We had a wonderful suite away from the main hotel. It had a kitchen, full bath, living room, bedroom, dining area, terrace and secure bike parking. Lovely. The towels were fluffy, the bed comfortable and the bikes happy. The only thing keeping this review from a 5 was the breakfast. It was wrapped snacks like Little Debbie's Cakes. Not great.... More

Nice room with all the amenities and extremely helpful host. We had a large room with doors opening on a courtyard. And.............it was Christmas so we were the only ones there. And lecce is a very beautiful, and ancient place.

Lecce is wonderful, especially during the weekend passagiata when every person in Southern Italy under the age of 25 seems to gather along the narrow streets, squares and cafes. Palacio Belli is an old palace run with very high ceilings, comfortable beds and a grand piano in one of the rooms. Inexpensive and perfectly located. Parking is worse than impossible... More

Large and ornate rooms, gorgeous bed. The host lives across the hall (Another reviewer wrote "there is only one room at the B&B." That is in error). Very comfortable. The only issue is finding the hotel. If you are driving, you must have a cellphone to contact the host and an up-to-date GPS because the hotel's free parking is a... More

This is a great location in the center of the old town. There's only one room at the B&B, but it's quite spacious in a genuine palazzo with a mile-high ceiling in your room. The very adequate bathroom, as a result, was an afterthought, built into the large room. The proprietor is very helpful, but knowing a little Italian will... More

Very central and yet surprisingly quiet overnight. Delightful owner showed us round, large fridge with water and juice to help yourself to. Room was quite spacious and adequate, but the en-suite was disappointing(room 5). Able to park in the next road, free overnight. Did not stay for breakfast as wanted to be up early to look round wonderful, impressive Lecce.

We stayed here 3 days. Mauro and Dora were superb hosts, the room we had was spacious, comfortable, and like a room in an old palazzo, which. when we think about it, it was. The breakfasts were excellent. We greatly recommend Palazzo Belli.
