Good rooms, nice pool area and friendly service. Could improve in these areas: No working wifi, too simple food serving in the pool bar (ran out of most servings). Breakfast too ordinary. Mini-bar with just water and beer. A magnificent italien jazz duo of a Cello and Guitar on a sunday night was a really nice surprise. And the restaurant...

From the pictures this hotel looks as the "Jewel of India" with a lot of charm and facilites, placed between to nice medieval villages. And yes the rooms are fine and clean, the pools great but the atmosphere feels like a lost of management. Nobody asked if we would have any treatment or what they had to offer. Not a...

As all the reviews detail the location is beautiful and the staff friendly and accomadating. Large parking area which we walked ever inch of as we took our dog (pet friendly) The massages we had were wonderful, only reservation - my husband felt a little uneasy with a female masseur Restaurant is very good with a lovely selection of wines.

Location is absolutely astonishing, 1km to Pigna, 6km to Dolceacqua Medieval borgo 1000 years old must see !!! Personnel very kind. Termal part is beautiful. We went in winter and outside amazing pools are closed but inside is beautiful too. Very nice with family. Normally included in hotel, thermal area entry is a must. Gym is very good. Sauna and...

The hotel was in a real beautiful location in Pigna, Italy with beautiful views over the mountains and the village of Pigna. Unfortunately the hotel was really below standard for a 4 star hotel and with small changes it could be made so much better. The hotel staff although pleasant spoke no english which is unusual in a high grade...

The hotel is beautifully situated with fantastic views to the hills and over the spa area, with lovely (though underlit) areas in fifties style, but all underused and understaffed. Staff only speak French and Italian (no English) and some are not native speakers of these. The safe in our spacious room (at the back, overlooking the entrance, no view) did...

This place has a very limited hygiene! Basically if you just want to go to ghost hotel this is the place! The pool have probably never been cleaned, the bath massage had 3 different types of hair which were not mine, the food is poor and tight on serving portions... Mud massage bath, pools have mold all around... The ladies...

I spent 2 nights in this little jewel box in the hills of Pigna. I can only imagine how amazing it could be during summer when you can also enjoy the pools outside! The service of the staff all over the hotel makes up for everything you might put on the bad side of your stay. The staff in the...

Please note: we did not visit the hotel - this review relates to the spa only. Our visit to this spa has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Do not waste your money going. On arrival the first thing you notice is that an already pretty nasty soviet looking building is equally horrible on the...

I've never been to a day spa where unfelt I needed to shower AFTER visiting it. Arrives today to use the thermal pools an relax for a couple of hours but after seeing the place and trying the only warm-ish pool available I got dressed and left after just 10 minutes. Why? 1. Main pool not big enough to swim...
