A lovely hotel that has sadly gone down hill. The rooms we had were very old fashioned, i believe some of the smaller rooms have been modernised. My Husband booked a suite as he thought it was going to be lovely treat for my birthday unfortunately it wasn't. It says the hotel is air-conditioned, when we asked why it wasn't...

Booked room with a view of sea and twin beds. Got room with no view of sea. And double bed and horrible fold out couch. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant menu was limited, but didn't matter, plenty of great restaurants within blocks. Location was great. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The location could not be any better, the rooms are very nice and modern and actually kind of spacious. The balconies are very spacious as well. We had a reservation that clearly stated "sea view", our room did not have sea view, when we went to the reception to discuss this, the receptionist (young lady, pony tail) treated us very...

Booked for 2 nights. Room is modern and wooden floored. Silent, staff friendly and welcoming. Parking is also available and in Grado this is a MUST. Breakfast was ok, nothing extraordinary but fine. Having a boiler and some tea in the room would be a great plus.

June 2014 First time in Grado. Four adults rented a car in Venice and drove to Grado. The town was really very pleasant, with a lot of effort into renovation of their "downtown". The Hotel was modern and attractive, The staff were excellent in their efforts to be helpful. The rooms were clean and up-to-date, with a clean, large balcony...

We returned last night from a 5 day stay at this hotel and are already talking about visiting again. The suite was huge and perfectly clean with an amazing balcony. The pool although cold was amazing, such a lovely novelty being able to sunbathe and swim on the hotel roof. We only ate breakfast at the hotel which was fine,...

I only stayed for a dinner so I cannot rate the hotel rooms. The restaurant location is great, the best view on Grado – both old town and sea views from the terrace area with swimming pool, it certainly grants the wow effect as you exit the elevator at top floor. Restaurant is average, it seems they try hard, fresh...
