This was our first trip to Sicily so don't know whether this is the norm. The hotel is overlooked by other buildings and has a road and railway to the front. There is a shuttle bus to the beach but not necessarily on a first come first serve basis. In fact, we found it quicker to walk than wait for... More

When we arrived at the hotel in was raining, just our luck Check in was very quick, we were presently surprised by the size of the room, we had a room with a balcony, our room was at the back of the hotel which was nice and quite and we could just see the sea, the room was very clean... More

Stayed here for 4 nights as part of a Tour and were pleasantly surprised and pleased. The room was a very good size with a decent bathroom and a welcome balcony, although it didn't actually get much sun. The choice of food in the very large dining room was extensive but nothing was hot by the time you reached your... More

Clean and modern, the rooms are a good size with excellent balcony space. A large adult pool with a separate childrens pool. Lots of sun loungers, but they are very close together. Thle pool area is partly shaded. There is a pool bar and a nice poolside restaurant. The main reastaurant is quite large, buffet service and very overcrowded. Far... More

We spent a week at the Caesar Palace, not on an all-inclusive basis, and can highly recommend it. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities (particularly the pool) were excellent and the breakfasts were of good quality with loads of choice. There are plenty of good quality restaurants in town, and the hotel run a shuttle bus service into town, so... More

We have stayed here several times over the last few years. The hotel is always clean, you have everything you need from hairdryers to shoe cleaning wipes. As stated in other reviews, yes you do pay if you use the mini bar, but everything in the mini bar in included with the all inclusive offer, you just need to ask... More

Just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel which is very dated, dark and in need of total modernisation. Our room (222) was big, plenty of storage with large balcony overlooking the pool (out of season so peaceful). No complaints there - decent towels, good shower (even though we had a shower curtain) and maids did good job of cleaning... More

The good.... The hotel is very clean the maids work tirelessly to keep the place gleeming. Value,we paid 1000 all in for a week in October which I didn't think was too bad. Inclusive of flights and transfer. Lovely pool area for daytime sunbathing if that's your thing. Good drink, morreti on tap and pretty much anything else you'd like... More

We were disappointed with this hotel. We booked a package with Transat Holidays which specified a 4 star hotel on the beach. This hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the beach. This hotel is an all-inclusive geared to older European travelers. We only had breakfast included and it was marginal at best. The dinners were very busy, crowded buffets.... More

Travelled with Thomson all inclusive. The room was lovely with balcony and sea view, as requested, overlooking back garden area on floor 3.Bath towels were missing but a quick word and sign language to room cleaners and an apology and bath towels were soon brought. There was adequate choice at breakfast.I did find baked fried eggs different and the bacon... More
