No wifi in rooms! Only limited wifi near reception. Its advertised as wifi available. Not true! No tour knowledge by reception staff saying that all tours finished - not true because i checked. There is a parking charge in distant car park of 24 Euros! This is NOT mentioned. No help with luggage.

Stayed with my daughter for a week. Had to ask to switch the room as the original one was smelly . The new room was small with a balcony, quite old fashioned but tolerable. The hotel keeps it 90s flavour, which is kind of cool. Breakfast and dinner was all right, stuff is really friendly. The best thing is the location, just at the beach at the calm site of Giardini Naxos. The closest supermarket is about 150m.

Good location, leads onto beach. Room basic but very clean, towels changed every day, sheets changed during our week's stay. Staff very helpful and friendly, food adequate (buffet and pasta dishes particularly good) and drinks not too expensive. Lunchtime pizzas delicious. Would have been nice to see more fruit for breakfast. We have stayed in better hotels but not for this sort of price. Whilst on holiday we visited nearby 4 star hotels for drinks and found their prices to be something of a ripoff!

Almost in the city center,,right on the Recanati beach,3 stars,very comfortable,few steps from the beach,clean rooms with tv,and room service,restaurant,good tasty italian food ,pasta,fruits,ice cream,delicious. Also has a bar ,balcony with lovely view on the beach and Vulcan Etna. Very friendly atmosphere ,nice decorated lobby and kind staff at reception. The bus station is very close ,so you can visit ,famous Taormina ,which is a 25minutes ride. Lovely journey .

Not worth the price. Outdated hotel, poor breakfast. Nothing vegan but cake in any kind. Beds were uncomfortable, no fridge in the room. Parking was 10 min away. Only good thing was the view from the balcony. The area Giardini Naxos was not the best area. Very low standard.

Having read other reviews I was unsure whether or not to book this hotel. A wonderul surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, they worked extremely hard. Originally we were given a room without a sea view and when we asked to change this was done immediately and we were given a room with a balcony with sea views and a partial view of etna. The food was excellent, breakfast was buffet with a selection of juices, cerals,biscuits, rolls, jams, and there was always a platter of cheese and a platter of ham plus tomatoes. Evening meal you ordered the day before so the food was always fresh and piping hot not left under heat lamps to dry out. Menu was always varied and very tasty. The hotel was superbly located next to the beach and was at the end of a small no through road so was safe for children and very quiet.. The bus station was only a 5min walk away so the location was superb. The rooms were very clean and the maid even cleaned the chairs on the balcony each day.

A terrible experience. Dirty and old hotel. Breakfast and dinner were real dissapintment. We were forced to sit with 4 other unkonown people at the table for every meal and it was impossible to change the table or the company. The dinner was a set menu and it has lasted for 1 hour and a half the least so we were not able to catch the bus to Taormina early enough to have a decent time there. The food was terrible and in small amounts and we had stomach problems such as diarrhea four times during our stay. The hotel actually is not in Giardini Naxos but in the suburb area Recanati which is half an hour walk from Giardini. All balconies at the one floor are almost connected because there is just a low fence to separate them so there is no privacy at all. In the room there was dust all over the surfaces. The bathroom was wet all the time because the sink in the tub did not function well. All in all we were really unhappy during our stay and this hotel does not deserve even the two stars let alone three. I can say that the two worst things were the food and hygiene. Please keep yourself away from this hotel and save your holiday.

The location is great for beach tourists - just a few meters to the beach, where you can either rent beach service or stay at a public beach (if you have a sunshade with you, you will have the same fun on the public beach). The beach is fine, with pebble stones, for italy quite steep entry. The only negative fact about the location was the placement of the hotel surrounded by another building on one side and none own parking (private parking 50 EUR a week just some 30 metres away). The rooms are functionable, with adjustable - on/off :-) air conditioning. Positive surprise - there is free WiFi in the reception, which had signal also in our room. Be sure, you get a room on the left side of the hotel (when looking from the beach), elsewhise you will stare from your balcony to a wall of another buidling cca 5 meters away, have only a narrow view on the sea and listen to the cooling agregate of the refrigerators. The staff was nice, no complaints about that. The cleanliness was rather poor, blankets were clean, but the bathroom showed moulds in many corners. Seeing a cleaner cleaning the plastic table on the balcony with the same birch as the baclony floor before was quite an experience (saw it from the beach). The food was very good. All in all, if you are looking for a rather cheap stay on a nice sicily´s beach - go for it, I would rather reccomend to look for a more expensive hotel with a greater value (sporting baia was quite near) - that is why I would rather not recommend the hotel.

We had booked another hotel, but were offered to stay at this hotel for a couple of days as the hotel we had booked was overbooked.
Our main criteria was a kitchenette as we were travelling with a baby and this hotel has a compact but very nice kitchenette, with good selection of utensils. The furniture was contemporary and the size of the room was pretty big for European standard. The staff were friendly. The location was convenient as it was close to beach and the bus station for our trip to Taormina.
The low sides was no internet connection. Overall we had a pleasant stay at this hotel

Здравствуйте Ирина! Если Вы путешествуете одна, то Вам предоставят скорее всего 1 местный номер-камеру, 9м..там можно стоять и лежать, ходить только на балкон.. Балконы есть во всех номерах, но,если Вам попадется номера 102,202,302..то вид с балкона будет на мусорку..Номера такие страшные..как в бомжатнике..их предоставляют русским и полякам...исключительно..так что я Вам сочувствую!
