There is no pool. The access to a pool is NOT on the property but on a hotel, not next door but two hotels down the street. Its a construction site with trash lying around. The hotel management replies when I say our family can´t walk in this high risk area "but its just kids, they fall"

From start to finish the hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is great with the ability to walk into town or nearby beaches, whilst also being very peaceful. The staff were fantastic and so hospitable and friendly. We stayed on a half-board basis with excellent continental buffet breakfast each morning (including bacon and eggs for any fellow Brits worried they'll miss a full English!). The evening meal was on an a la carte basis with options, and every dish we tried was delicious, and staff were also very accommodating of my food allergy. Rooms and common areas were clean and as advertised in pictures. Facilities were good and it was nice to have the choice of swimming in the sea via the ladder or using the pool at a neighbouring hotel, and there were plenty of sun loungers. All round it was a fantastic stay and I cannot praise the hotel high enough!

Hotel only reopened in May 2022 and like some previous reviews have said, could do with some more paint here and there. On a positive note the new staff are friendly and speak a range of languages so getting help with tours or local restaurants was ok. Shared pool with next door hotel and clear blue sea on the doorstep make it very relaxing. Views of Mr Etna and being close to the Giardina Naxos strip but not in it makes it an ideal location.

The hotel has a nice location, with own beach, wonderful sea view and view by volcano Etna. The beach are stony so the entry into the water is via ladder. In the water you can meet a big rock. Road to the main beach of Giardini Naxos takes 15 minutes. But this road is narrow and crowded so from time to time you have to go on roadway. Nike doesn`t have own pool but guests can use pool of neighbourhood hotel. Good breakfast, but everyday is the same. Wonderful outside food area with sea view, i enjoyed to have a breakfast there . Hotel staff are very hospitable. All rooms have WI-FI. Rooms are in a good condition, but if you want to turn on/off air conditioner you have to call to reception and ask for it.

With the exception of a couple of the staff that were really hospitable, this hotel seems like a big joke and is a holiday nightmare. Starting from the exterior, which is a tremendous Art Deco failure, left untouched for decades, there’s an even bigger surprise for the guests when we move to the internal. This hotel is so badly maintained that the second day of our stay, we woke up with very loud noise coming from construction work; apparently, part of the hotel almost collapsed after a storm and the management decided to start maintenance work, without notifying the customers, nor of course apologizing for the disturbance. Furniture and other equipment is cheap and worn out. Rooms are rather big but the arrangement is so stupidly put, that the lavatory and the shower are inside the bedroom, while (thank god) the toilet has a separate door. The amenities are hard to distinguish and comprised of two envelopes with a bit of liquid soap inside, plus 3 or 4 small hand soaps. Charging 150euro per night for such a ridiculous place is a rip-off! Not to mention that they requested full payment in advance, which is unheard of in the modern European traveling world. Advising travelers to stay away....

Stayed at this hotel for just a short while. Although it definitely needs sprucing up with maintenance, paint and gardening, it was a nice hotel with a good view of Mount Etna and next to the sea; not a sandy beach but a mesmerising one with the sound of the sea crashing against the rocks. The food was lovely but no tea/coffee making facilities and limited toiletries. We had a nice clean, large room and huge bed. Nice location.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, we were given a room with view on the water and to the left Mt Etna, that alone is worth 5 stars!! Room was very comfortable and super clean. Best of all is the staff, they are extremely nice people, very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Rosy, Dario and all others whose name I don’t recall, including the lady who cleaned the rooms, are very exceptional people. We felt like we were with family!! Thank you for a great stay.

Old, dated and poorly maintained. Rooms are ancient, no ameneties. Pool is void of water, very disappointed. Sits on a rocky bed facing the ocean. Plenty of mosquitoes too. Air conditioner was loud and difficult to regulate the temperature in the room. Not quaint, just old!

We stayed for a week as a couple in this beautiful hotel. The hotel has a private beach and a lovely view of the bay. A short walk from a busy town centre. Perfect for a couple holiday. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast is mainly conveniental with a wide choice of fresh pastries. English breakfast is also available. Highly recommend for a romantic holiday.
