I dont have coeliac but you could stay and avoid triggers. Main meal has large salad buffet, then pasta course( which you would avoid) then meat or fish with veg or potatoes. Choice of desserts and plenty of fruit. I would have been full without the pasta course. Breakfast more challenging but yog, fruit, and eggs available plus cheese, meats etc so you could avoid the bread and cereal.
