I stayed at this hotel with family and friends for a few days in July and enjoyed it much. To be begin , the hotel has made all Necessary precautions to sanitize everything in the room ( from room key, to remote controls etc). All were sealed in plastic envelopes to ensure that the guest is the only ones who touched them. Big plus for that! Sanitizers were available every here. Breakfast was served outdoors and a waiter helped to select breakfast items so guests didn’t touch the fresh items. The staff is excellent and all were very helpful and professional. Thanks Fabritzio, Igen, Stefano, dorin, just to name a few. All staff members were so nice and helpful. Nice modern rooms. Lovely pool. Charming breakfast area and good selection of food. The hotel has a lovely energy and is run by a the family that own it from generations which makes it more unique than other hotels. I met the owners and was impressed by their sweetness and happiness to serve the guests and make thier stay better. Hôtel location is more than excellent too and it is a very short walk from the town’s attractions. Hôtel provides complimentary bicycles which are so useful in that town. Highly recommended.…
Had a great stay at the Hotel 1908-pool, service, bikes all wonderful and right across from the beach and close to town center. Look forward to visiting again. We loved the town and the views of the mountains and beach!
I was a little skeptical with the lack of information on here before we flew last week. I need not have been worried. The rooms were clean, the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool area nice and quiet and perfect for a trip for my husband and I without our kiddies. They have bikes right outside the hotel which you can use when you want. The breakfast is grand, basic continental but I am not a massive breakfast person so didn't bother me. This place is perfect for a couple who want a nice easy quiet get away
This small hotel is well located near the beach and very accommodating to families We enjoyed the lovely breakfasts daily which offered home baked pastries, cereal, orange juice and eggs prepared individually. The breakfast room staff was so friendly and attentive We hope to visit again!!
Stayed for 3 nights with a group of 5 couples. The bedrooms are not large but adequate, clean and the bed was comfortable. The lounge area was excellent with a good bar service. Free on site car parking was a real bonus. A local transport service was available from the hotel and we used it twice, the service was very efficient. We had one evening meal in the hotel and it was excellent, a better standard than we could have expected from a relatively small hotel. The breakfast has a relatively restricted menu but the quality was fine and there was always a table available even though the hotel was full. I would be very happy to stay again if in the area.
We stayed there for 12 days in July 2017 and payed € 620 per night for a room with seaview. Breakfast was poor, not many choice, bad cappuccino (waiting time 15 min!!!), outdated breakfastroom. Not worthy for a 4 star hotel! We had to pay for the towels to go to the beach, which was strange because at the pool you could get them for free... Staff looked as if they were from 1908, they were nice but not trained to work in a 4 star hotel. In the morning they made breakfast, later they were doing some transformation works (painting, ...). Rooms were clean. We would definitely not recommend this hotel in July!
This property has a pleasant warm feeling while very clean and well maintained. We think what makes this place very unique is probably the abscence of the general commercial feeling you get from standard hotels. Thank you Irina, Fabrizio, and Yarik for the great hospitality.
This hotel is set just 5 min walk from the centre of Forte dei Marmi. As soon as we pulled into the car park, we were greeted with a smile and our luggage was taken from us and delivered to our room. The receptionist was very professional and help us to book a table for dinner that evening. The room was normal for Italy small but with everything you need. The only downside is that the hotel pool is close to the road, but a high wall and bushes to cut down the traffic noise We would highly recommend this Hotel.
With a perfect location next to the wonderfull beach. Charming building and homely interior, this hotel seams like a perfect place for family vacations and business. Put on top that the hotel is open around the year and offering reasonable prices, then you have a perfect coctail.
This is a really good hotel. The service was excellent and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The owners were on hand to ensure all was well. Comfortable rooms, quiet, with in most cases a Juliet balcony just big enough for a chair but much larger in the more expensive rooms. Breakfast to die for, including a fresh orange juice machine and a large array of pastries and fruit. Good dark coffee. Bicycles for the guests to use. A short hop from the beach but with a pool - quite cold water. Hard to fault anything
