Comparing to other 3* hotels in Italy, Imperiale wins when it comes to customer service. All staff members (manager, reception, restaurant) extremely friendly, smiling and helpful even with non-standard requests. We stayed with a group of ~70 people for 2 nights and were really satisfied. It was a cold and rainy week of October but the rooms and water were... More

Stayed at the hotel in total 3 nights 2 at the start of our tour and 1 being the last night on route back to Rome airport. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained and kept clean. The meals were good, breakfast standard buffet but dinner was a 5 course meal, buffet starter then soup, pasta dish, main course then a... More

Stayed here on a Leger coach trip which included Monte Cassino, Rome, Pompeii and Sorrento - very disappointing reception area - looks like a large care home from the 70s with it's chintzy sofas facing each other. We had a 3rd floor front facing room with a balcony, spotlessly clean comfortable beds with extra blankets if needed. Clean towels every... More

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and clean our room was and also we had a large bathroom with shower....lovely large bath towels and were nicely surprised with the bonus of a balcony with tables and chairs and a view of the garden to the front of the hotel. The continental breakfast... More

Stayed three nights as part of a tour. Never quite worked out the roads (fortunately I wasn't driving) which seemed to make it difficult for our coach to park, pick up, drop off. This seems to be common place in Italy which seems a bit mad when they need tourists to help the economy and Fiuggi town is six miles... More

I stayed here when I went with a group and this is the best room that I had on all the tour. I actualy had a bath tub and nice thick bath towels. The air condition in the room was remote control. Food though not too good. Never saw any thing of the town but went to a restraunt up... More

Just back from Italy.June 2012. This hotel part of our tour package. Staff friendly and manager very nice person. It was truly delightful to see the way the young staff took care of an elderly gent who seemed alone there all day. My room had a balcony which was great. The rest of the room was adequate and best of... More

I stayed here last week for two nights, as part of a tour group. My room, on the first floor was extremely clean and comfortable, with lovely soft, pure white towels in the bathroom. The large balcony (with table and chairs) overlooked the hotel garden / patio. The lobby / lounge area, adjacent to the bar, has plenty of comfortable... More

We stayed at the Imperiale in Fiuggi in September 2011 whilst on a tour with Mistral. We found it a good base. We had nice clean rooms and were lucky enough to have balconies both times. The food was nice and the drinks bill reasonable. Fiuggi itself is a nice little town with a pleasant square, although beware the bird... More
