Conveniently located in central Ferrara (what isn’t, this town is tiny!) and obviously new, this moderately priced hotel is a good value for the money. Note: the entrance is under the bridge that spans the street and involves an elevator to reception. Our room was oddly laid out having the beds tightly set into a corner, with another awkwardly furnished...

The hotel is located in the center of town across from the Cathedral. It is in restricted traffic zone and has no parking. If you drive, you will park at the outdoor public parking 5 minutes walk away. We had a large apartment with a bedroom, living room and fully equipped kitchenette. Bathroom was large and had a massage shower...

Very large room, very central location right in the heart of the old city. Nice breakfast in a beautiful room overlooking the main square and the duomo. Very basic cooking facilities just 2 hotplates, no oven, no microwave. I thought it was a bit overpriced especially for mid January. Shower had jacuzzi jets but our shower door was missing so...

The hotel is located right in the center of old town, on the second and third floor. The rooms are nice and clean. But the hotel has some down sides too: - Parking is about 10 minutes walk away - Old town with it's bars and restaurants can be rather loud at night, so bring ear plugs - Breakfast starts...

First the good things - we had one of the flats overlooking the cathedral. The view was amazing, and we never tired of looking out over the piazza watching people. The suite itself had plenty of storage space, so we weren't falling over suitcases and boxes. There are lots of great shops and bars close by, which made both self-catering...

We would like to respond to this review to clarify some comments provided by the guest. This hotel is very well situated in the center of town. Our room had a view of the Duomo which was very nice. The problem is that at night the bars in the Piazza Duomo are open very late and the noise can be a problem. We ran the fan on the air conditioner and it blocked out the street...

Thank goodness I listened to the majority of reviewers on Suite Duomo! I saw two reviews badmouthing this hotel, but I can only imagine these two folks are unhappy anywhere. Suite Duomo was the best deal I had during my stay in Italy - a number one in my book. The views were incredible, the rooms were huge, modern and...

Our travel agent booked this hotel for us. The hotel was very nice. We were accommodated at an apartment just up the road from reception. Although we would have liked to have stayed overlooking the piazza (bit of a mix up with our travel agent's booking). Very comfortable, large room for Italy, modern and clean. No lift however in the...

Nasty management, no one to help with luggage, parking blocks away at an unsecured public lot, noisy room, dim lighting, room less than depicted on the website - need I say more?? We left after one night - rather dispute charge with credit card company than stay.

Normally we do not answer to the reviews of the web sites because we think the guest is always right and we try to do our best to improve our services for them but in this case we think to be obliged to make everything clear on this event. The guest booked an apartment in our hotel (the "apartment" formula...

We spent one night at the Suite Duomo during a quick stop in Ferrara. We booked it mainly because of the positive reviews from fellow travelers and we were not disappointed. The location was exceptional, the room was very spacious modern and clean (we had the "Giorgio Bassani" room) and included a kitchenette, the staff was friendly and the price...
