Great WiFi, comfortable room, no breakfast actually besides store bought pastries and you have to use a common kitchen to have a cofee. touchy though that bottles of complimentary water were available. DO NOT forget to mention the time of your arrival if you do not want to wait outside of the facility. outside of the room cleanliness is not something to mention about. it only takes a minute to the beach.
The best part first: - Good wifi - Great location - When we decided to find a new place to stay in Crotone, we got 70% of the last nights refunded without any problems The worst part: - Terrible beds and synthetic linens - No kitchen, just a small fridge to share for all the six rooms and a total of 18 persons - Not very clean, and though we were promised that the towels would be changed every two days, we had to ask for new ones after four days - Very loud and noisy rooms. We could hear everything from the hall and from the streets, made it difficult to sleep
The room was very pleasant and the location excellent, just a block from the beach. However, upon arrival, we had to wait 2 hours beyond the time we were supposed to be let in. Breakfast consisted of store bought, pre-packaged pastries which were not replenished on a regular basis. For three days, room cleaning consisted of making the beds and picking up dirty towels off the bathroom floor and rehanging them for use again.
This is a clean, restored and comfortable, spacious-enough B&B about 10 feet from Crotone's lungomare and just blocks from everything else. Free coffee and snacks in the open kitchen. No complaints. Only thing is to keep phone number handy because they are not on site and so you must call to meet them there, at least that was my experience. Staff, though, was very helpful on a variety of tourism issues.
