Had a single night in this hotel, and really enjoyed it. Nice staff, good food and affordable prices. The hotel itself is in good condition, things are kept tidy and clean. Very happy with the rooms as well, everything was clean upon arrival and the room itself in great condition. Would definately stay here again, should I come back.

They were able to get us in on very short notice in July. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is good and the rates are reasonable. Breakfast was probably the best we had in Europe. If you happen to get a room with a view, it pretty amazing. Parking is right across the street. Plus the front porch foosball table is a nice bonus.

My Fiancé any myself only stayed one night but really enjoyed our decision to stay here. Rooms were very cosy and quiet. Balcony with view of the valley, very scenic. Wifi was great. Breakfast was really nice as well, something for everyone. Alberto at the Front desk was a fantastic, swift, friendly and accurate service. Will definitely book again.

We picked this hotel for our overnight stay in the Dolomites as it was a decent price and had good reviews. Being out of the town there was plenty of parking. Our room was big, though sparse and without a view. No tea or coffee in the room but good enough wifi to stream the cricket world cup final ! Decent shower and bath and a good bed. We had asked if their restaurant could cater for vegans and they basically said "no" but recommended nearby ones, but the minute we came down ready to go out there was a huge thunderstorm, so we took our chances and ate dinner at the hotel. There was, infact, plenty my wife could eat and they even cooked me salmon especially,. despite it not being on the menu. I also had a starter of spaghetti and my wife had salad, legume soup and asparagus risotto. Very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was included, bread, cheese, coffee, cereals, even soya milk. Overall a great place to stay for one night.

Good afternoon shaunsouthern, than you for the review! I am glad you enjoyed your stay at the Hotel Des Alpes. We do not have a special menù for vegans, that's why we told you to try at the restaurant 300 mt far from the Hotel. We wanted you to have a wonderful experience in Cortina, and we know that they have a complete Menù à la carte for vegans. However, I am happy to hear that you were satisfied with your dinner at our restaurant. We always try to give our best. Best Regards Direction Alberto Pompanin

We arrived at the hotel and found out we were given an amazing room with spectacular views on the top floor. The hotel was perfectly located for us about 1.9 km from the center of Cortina. The views from our room which was facing the mountains were like in a postcard. We couldn’t believe it. We stayed for 3 days and each evening we walked about 20 minutes on a lovely road to town. Great value for money. It’s a great base for hikes on the eastern side of the Dolomites. Room tip: we liked the rooms facing the mountains. Though they were on the road side the noise level was ok. And with the window closed there was no noise at all.
