Linked to the hotel, the restaurant was very nice. Outside seating was available. Would need to book during peak season. Not on the cheap side. Very good service, and major CCs accepted. If you drive you need to park the car at the top of the town, which is a 10 minute walk. English was not an issue, however, in my view, the serves were slightly on the small side. May be less generous with the bread!!

The hotel is indeed in the center of the town, great place for restaurants and boutiques. Not easy accesible for slopes or bus if you are use to ski in ski out or not walking with all your gears. Personal is very attentive and helpful. Food at the restaurant is very good. Breakfast is another story... very basic what is include (canned fruits). Most like sunny eggs, fresh juices, fresh fruits etc will be charge. 15€ charge to take it to your room. 7€ for the orange juice which is free downstairs. Include are scramble eggs with very weird look, no exaggerating. Bunch of packed bread and crackers for gluten intolerante. We got the wellness room with the steam spa bathroom, StarPool brand, really not worth it, doesn’t heat much even if you wait the 30 mins like they explain us. 45° is the max and I don’t think it got there at any time... You will have to close your windows shelters by hand every evening if you want dark room as they manage to do 1 out of 5 or 2, it depend on the day, and will not open all of them, I can only guess out of laziness?... Not facilities for hot tea or coffee within the room. No hair conditioner or cap shower. Soap same as shampoo. No body cream. That’s about it! Mickael and Andreea are great staff, very friendly and useful.

Hotel Cortina is right in the heart of Cortina. Very convenient to the tram as well as the ski bus. Most important it is close to the restaurants and Apres Ski wine bars and coffee shops. The rooms are wonderfully appointed in carved wood paneling. The hotel staff is terrific. The food in the restaurant and bar is very good

Joined up with a few brothers (and their spouses) for a few days skiing. Normally we stay in another hotel in Cortina, but with a few big events on, we had to find a new place to stay. Being somewhat a fan of our usual place, I did not think I would like Hotel Cortina so much. But it is super convenient, being right in the centre of town. Rooms were nice, bar staff were incredibly helpful and the concierge and manager were lovely. After I left I needed to exchange some clothing I had bought at a shop in cortina. I rang the hotel to ask for their help in doing this, with some trepidation, but they could not have been more willing to help, no questions asked. They followed through and saved me from a difficult situation. So diligent and so helpful. Lovely people. Good food. Nice bar. Great location for going to any restaurant for dinner or for shopping.

In one of the main streets of Cortina, you find the bar of this hotel as perfect place for an apperitivo. Good selection of cocktails and nice selection of bites. One they transform the place into dinner, there are some organization skills required to still service the bar crowd and also get the tables organized smoothly for dinner. Once seated, the service is professional and the food is nice and tasty (especially sufficient!). A decent selection of wines - even served rather cold. In general a place to return to flow from the bar into dinner.
