Spectacular, amazing, awe-inspiring, magical. Came here on a ski safari in 2014, loved it then. Returned in the summer with the family. As fantastic as I remembered. We did though have snow and freezing temperatures, in June!! Visited the WW1 trenches, saw the marmottes scurrying and of course mind blowingly stunning views. If you stay you must visit the sauna... Stayed in three separate rifugios in the Dolomites, and this was by far the most pleasant. We had a private room, which had a shared balcony - spectacular view. Grein pat to have a hot shower, which was not available in previous rifugio (coin operated and short time). Food was great. Best breakfast that we had.

After 8 hours of hiking we arrived with our kids (9, 14) to Lagazuoi. The terrace with amazing ! views is great for a first drink after the last climb. Our dormitory had 7 bunk beds, which were placed quite spacious. The shower (coins) was excellent, like the overall sanitary area. The restaurant inside is nice. It's not a cozy... More

This is such an incredible spot on this beautiful planet. The food is very good and the best of all is this incredible sauna . What a view !!! Just sitting outside in the sun and gazing at the mountains. What more to ask for ? The hut it self is nothing luxurious but who needs that as long as... More

We stayed at Rifugio Lazaguoi in July 2015, hiking from Fanes, then heading to Cinque Torre. The view from the hut deck was simply awesome and the food was great. It's been part of our most special memory of Dolomites and we can't wait to go back.

Looking for the best location? This is the place. The stunning view only is worth a visit. A sauna from where you can sit and relax overviewing the highest peaks in the Dolomites. Starting the next day as the first one down a fantastic pist. These are the best parts of staying here. Nice staff serving okey food. The negative... More

One of the nicest views I have ever seen at one of the most beautiful places in the World. Good typical food, friendly innkeepers. We slept in the dormitory, which was ok for us. We will visit Rifugio Lagazoui again!

Rifugio Lagazuoi is truly a hidden gem at the top of the world. We spent 1 night there last week and it was a dream. The food and service were top notch. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. And the views were absolutely breathtaking. The only mistake we made was staying there without skis, so we weren't able to cruise... More

It feels like being on the very top of the Dolomites. It's not just about the wonderful location and the most breathtaking views that you can ever imagine. I have stayed numerous times. It gives a wonderful stay with the opportunity to taste the excellent local traditional cuisine. This Rifugio is a family business run by Guido and Alma and... More
