Wonderful place to stay- great atmosphere, clean and beautiful location. We were ski touring but it is a lovely way to merge downhill skiers (ski safari) with back country skiers. There was a really nice tour to be had from the hut but mind out skinning up the piste!!

Stunning refugio on the top of an amazing mountain. Remote. Tranquil. Comfortable. Food was very good. Would love to return in the summer to walk in the area. The cable car ride to the top is truly memorable.

Been staying here for many a year. During our yearly cabintour we Always try to book here for a night or two, to admire the view, enjoy the food and the company of Guido and his crew. And ofcourse to go skiing in the nearby area of Cortina. Since two years they added a sauna to the cabin as well,...

Rifugio Lagazuoi is one of the most charming places in the Alpes - fantastic location with a stunning view - charming building - service minded staff - a good Italian family kitchen - and really value for money.

Unreal setting. Beautiful building. Excellent food. Friendly owners and staff. You will never forget it. The view from the deck is unreal. Quite likely the most stunning setting I've ever seen. Cold beer on the deck for sunset. Priceless

Loved this place!! The cable car was closed due to high winds but they drove everyone up the mountain in an ATV (possibly more fun than the cable car anyway). I would highly recommend watching sunset and waking up before sunrise because it was STUNNING!! Highlight of my trip around Italy! Definitely recommend this place!!

The climb to this Rifugio is quite arduous, especially if the weather is not good and you are carrying skis and luggage. I stayed on the top floor where the rooms are small double rooms with no en-suite (although the bathrooms are across the hall). I would not recommend staying in the bunk rooms downstairs unless you are looking for...

I visited for 3 days with my teenager daughter and we had a fantastic time! The views are amazing (especially from the sauna), staff provide an excellent and personalized service, facilities are extremely clean and well kept and the environment is very friendly. Its clientele is made of like-minded people, from all over the world, who enjoy good quality time...

To call this place a Rifugio or Hut just doesnt seem to do it justice. Like most people who come here we only stayed one night, but as part of a Ski Safari Trip on the way between Cortina & La Villa. This was probably our most memorable night of the entire 7 night trip. We had booked a private...
