Great price for a pre cruise hotel. The folks here are personable and the food was fine. It is also within walking distance to other restaurants. The short ride to the ship with very crowded but allowed us the opportunity to get to talk to others.

It felt like staying with a family rather than staying at a hotel. The staff are very helpful, courteous, and hospitable. The rooms are charming, and the size that you should expect outside of Rome, i.e. small but adequate. It was very clean, and the food in the restaurant was excellent. If I ever return to the area, I know... More

My wife and I stayed here the night before a cruise. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and the check in was easy. After going to our room we went for drinks on the patio. after drinks we had diner with people we had met. The food was very good and the wine even better. For dessert we Tiramisu... More

This looks like a lovely hotel. However the rooms are tiny. No place to sit only one chair at the very small desk otherwise have to sit on the bed. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, with hard and flat pillows, the bedspread on the bed had a large burn mark on it. The noise level in the rooms... More

Front desk not pleasant/welcoming, unusual for Italians. Restaurant staff very pleasant and accommodating. Restaurant clean, lots available for continental breakfast. Great espresso. Shower had black grim. Okay for one night stay. Hotel has complimentary shuttle to the port. If your are looking for airport transfers I highly recommend Trip2Rome, excellent service, best prices!

We stayed here one night before our cruise left. Very cute and comfortable place. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. Safe area. They still have real room keys. The bathroom was a bit tight and the door hit the bidet and did not open fully but minor inconvenience. You need a degree in engineering to work the tv, so we... More

But doesn't quite live up to it's current "excellent" status. The staff was nice, the breakfast was fine, the rooms are clean. It's a very basic place with a shuttle to the port (which we were charged for although I had been under the impression it was complimentary; so maybe complimentary for some and not for others?) Aside from that... More

Basic little hotel which provided a clean room, and a nice breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating, a shuttle service was provided free of charge from the cruise port upon arrival and back the next morning. We arrived early in the day, and our room was available at no extra charge, which was nice, especially since there was no place... More

Nice people, good meal, small room just comfortable enough for 1 night. Free transportation to harbor. Adequate.Clean. I don't know if there are any other hotels around that are better for the price but it didn't really matter as this was ok for what we needed.

We booked this hotel through Expedia. It is not in the center of Civitavecchia. It's a small building with only 14 rooms, but has its own private restaurant. The first floor is upstairs, but there is an elevator. We chose this one because it offered a free breakfast buffet and a free shuttle ride (1.5 miles) to the cruise port.... More
