We spent 11 days at the Resort. We expected a high level of quality which we believe has been granted by the efficiency of the staff (really kind and willing to offer solutions) and by the restaurant. The sea and the beach were really nice, we appreciated! We were instead a little disappointed by the house which was really small, dated and not very clean (Ponente studio apartment). We also moved to the Levante hotel for few days, where we felt at ease. The downside is the shower, which is built into the floor and really too small for a 4 stars' hotel. Levante Hotel does not include the beach service, that we had to look for and pay separately

The entire resort is a beautiful garden, pristine and meticulously maintained, with individual villas (and a hotel). The villas are large and our family of 4 had plenty of space. The view from the main living room of the villas leads to beautiful and typical pine trees - and you have an amazing background sound from crickets. We love the resort, and we've been there 3 or 4 times. Make sure to take a walk at night and to look at the stars - on clear nights you can see the Milky Way belt.
This year's highlight is the entirely remodelled gym - Technogym equipment, high quality furniture, beautiful interior, plenty of space and a beautiful view into the garden. I used the gym as my inofficial hotel lounge and occasional remote office - working from there doesn't feel like work...
Cesare, the gym coach, was another highlight for us. He is there most of the day and we took full advantage of the lessons. We did stretching in the morning, followed by Pilates and in the afternoon we did CrossFit / strength training. He is great for beginners and advanced as well and as a bonus he brings posture training to the mix. I learned amazing new stretching exercises. I took the family with me - and they enjoyed it as well. I ended up doing sports 2-3 times a day, which I almost never do. But, given my consumption of freshly made pasta, it was a good balance.
The only flip side is that most people aren't aware of the gym and of Cesare and of the possibilities offered by the resort, probably because they know the old gym (and prefer to not even try it out. If the resort is reading this, I hope they can be more active by letting people know about the new gym and the great trainer.

We stayed at the Roccamare for a week. The resort is beautifully situated in a pine forest and has direct access to the beach. Fine sand, gentle water and a sea that you can walk far into with wonderful waves. Great! The beach bar is open every day, and the ice cream, Aperol, coffee and snacks are delicious there. The main restaurant gave us a warm welcome for breakfast and in the evening. Buffet in the morning, menu in the evening. Very tasty food!! The restaurant also has a la carte and is well attended at lunchtime. The hotel and the rooms themselves are clean and luxuriously furnished - but in a cool 80s style. The solo entertainer in the garden in the evening was my personal favorite. He belts out the Italo hits like no other. Great!! Staff and service very accommodating. Point of criticism: the management should be aware that nature and the animals on site have their right. Illuminating the forest on the beach with mega spotlights at night is an absolute NO GO. Switch off!! The same goes for the artificial turf by the pool. That's not acceptable. I'll come back when things get a bit more reasonable. Tip: Listen into the pine forest and discover the hoopoe in the trees.

Very nice, versatile and well maintained complex. We were there with a large tour group (70 people of all ages) and were looked after very well and carefully. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and very concerned for the well-being of the guests. Every morning there was a great breakfast buffet and also the dinner was always very fine. The children felt visibly comfortable, as they were shown much understanding. There are many different ways to linger, sit comfortably together and the beach is beautiful and is seriously monitored.
