The good thing almost the staff are friendly! Room is very old and not clean at all... one of lady, I believe, she mentioned her as Director or manager, very very and very rude and treated myself very bad.

Response from POLLINI H, Responsabile relazioni pubbliche at San Pietro Hotel
Responded Jul 31, 2018

To be fair, I got a good price for this hotel but I was expecting MUCH more for a 4 star hotel. The location is good for the beach but the hotel itself is no good. The guy on reception was trying to help but it really wasn't working, the car park they sent us to was a 10 minute walk away and had to take a key for a gate! They had NO IRON, a 4 star hotel had no iron in the WHOLE HOTEL?! They said they sent the ironing elsewhere so it was not possible to have an iron. Had to steam my clothes in the shower. The room was really old and dirty - I tried to call down to reception and had no idea or indication on how to do so- the phone looked like it was from 1970 and it was FULL of dust. I had to call from my mobile phone to ask how to call reception?! Really would not stay here again, some of the closer 3 star hotels looked much nicer. Really disappointed, breakfast finished at 10 and check out was at 10 - we asked for a later check out but they said no. There was no safe key. I don't like to leave bad reviews but really I was happy to leave. The manager-ess was very friendly on the plus side and the location was good.

In spring this year I traveled on Italy. Once in city Chezantico I decided to be stopped at San Pietro Hotel. Outwardly he attracted me a luxurious facade and wonderful original appearance. Rooms in a hotel the internals done on all European standards. Service is at the greatest level. Pleasant housemaids, friendly personnel of hotel, and the wonderful terms of residence do rest unforgettable.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Very pricey but worth it. The breakfast is complimentary and is excellent. If you stay here make sure to grab a drink on the terrace. The sunset is absolutely amazing from this location. They also give you these delicious almonds and choice appetizer with each drink. I would also reccomend trying their limoncello.

We stayed in summer 2010, our first Italian hotel and we had a great time. We booked directly with the hotel and drove to Cesenatico as part of a touring holiday. The hotel was very helpful and efficient with its communications and they had English speakers available, they do not get many English people in Cesenatico normally. The hotel's communal areas are very spacious and comfortable, the family room was a fair size and very good for a family of four, rather tired but perfectly clean etc. The food was very good, many courses even for lunch! Also as a fussy eater, but in a family of unfussy eaters, we were all happy. All the staff were friendly, kind and helpful so even if a common language was not always possible we managed perfectly. With a little knowledge of French and Spanish in the family we managed to read menu's and communicate without a problem. The Italian way of exiting the beach en masse at lunch time was a bit of a surprise but we soon fell into step comfortably. The pool was lovely and a life guard was always present when it was open, the little icecream/snack hut was very useful too. The kids club looked very good, although our two were really a bit too old to join in, but it was very inclusive and multinational. The hotel hire bikes, minimal deposit, were great for getting around and to the Aqua Park on the other side of the town, being so flat an area its an easy ride for anyone. Would recommend it, not a luxury hotel but very good.
