Stayed as a couple in June last year for two weeks. Be warned, very warm at night and Air conditioning isn't on until 15th June, therefore we didnt have the benefit of this at all when there. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an elderly man, who was on his phone, while giving us our key, etc. Went to our...

The hotel is so big that the receptionist was not sure which lift might take me to my room. She acted like it was my fault that I didnt know. My room was smart in 90s style with a bath with jets in strange places. Would rather have air conditioning as Sicily is mosquito paradise. Bed very comfortable and everything...

We had a truly terrible room, tiny and seemed a single with 2 beds in it. Although there was a balcony there was a view only of the wall opposite. Worst hotel room I have ever had. We asked for an upgrade and were willing to pay more but the hotel was full. Reception staff were indifferent. However, the common...

The hotel looked ok from outside -I thought the receptionist was offhand (we had been transferred without notice from another hotel that was overbooked and she was not at all interested) The room looked tired but comfortable enough. It was very warm in the room and I was told that the aircon was turned off on 15th September ! so we...

I had a room with seaview but between the beach and hotel there is a train going several times a day. But the noise is very low. It does not disturb so strong. It is hard to get to the beach. Hundreds of steps... to get to the city you need about 30 min. Hotel quite old but the restaurant...

Positives: the food in the hotel was very satisfactory. The breakfast buffet was great and the dinner In the evenings always varied and was of a high standard. The room was clean. The hotel was very reasonably priced. Negatives: Staff were not that helpful when we tried to book a trip or rent bicycles fobbing us off to the empty...

I stayed in this hotel for ten days with my girlfriend and we had really nice time there. Rooms were clean and food was very good especially for dinner. I would highly recommend ice-cream in Caffè near the hotel. We will go there again next year for sure.

It's not much from a hotel, but knowing the south italians it is a nice hotel. From appearance it's like a fabulous and very new hotel. But thats only from the front side. From the behind ( the sea side) it is very poor looking. Oposite from the front side. Inside the hotel they have a nice lobby and nice...
