This is certainly our worst experience in Italy in years. For one, music lasts until 23hrs even though many kids go to bed before that time. They promised us a quite spot, but yesterday's pool party threw such loud music and bass all over the place, that our kids were crying as they wanted to sleep, but couldn't because of this forced discotheque. I couldn't listen to my own soft music at the veranda. 'Quiet spot', really? When I called them at 22hrs they threw the phone on the hook, what other place would do that to their guests? Indeed, the other big problem is the staff. They are rude. Even though I am fluent in Italian, all of the staff at Ca Pasquali speaks in only 1 word instead of 2 or more. Basically all staff is particularly impolite, unfriendly and rude. The worst was checkin. It took more than 30 minutes after it was my turn. The guy, Alberto I believe, was 'laying' in his chair, was extremely unwelcoming and did everything wrong. Also, you're not allowed to leave nor enter the park between 1pm and 3pm with a car, which is very inconvenient, and unfair considering that this park makes such loud noise until 23 hrs. We will be glad to leave soon. Already after 1 day here it was our conclusion that something is really wrong here. The place has a ' we hate guests'  feel, because of the staff's arrogance.

We had bungalow 759 which is right next to the laundry room. The noise this morning started at around 7:15 with yelling between the workers and what sounds like metal carts being pushed around. Yesterday there was very loud music from the nearby venue until after 23:30. The much needed sleep on this vacation is pretty difficult to get which very much ruins the purpose for me to be here

We were staying for a week in June-July 2021. We rented a maxi-caravan (as they call it) including a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a wooden porch. We found everything perfectly clean and in good order. The village is well organized, clean and well maintained. The desk employees are kind and supportive: at arrival I was assigned a caravan next to the minimarket and service center and when I asked for another caravan, in a more silent position, I was relocated to another one which I liked a lot. Wifi in not always working as expected in the village, but when I made a claim to the desk, I was given a special code to access a special fast line, for free! Very much appreciated. The beach is fantastic, not crowded, with a very thin sand and rather clean waters. Controls at the village entrances are strict and we were feeling quite safe. Overall we spent a very relaxing week. It's strongly recommended.

We were first time here this august. The village is very clean, proffesionall stuff, the guidances, working hours, quiet hours were respected as advised. The pool area is large and nice. Main satisfaction came from the stuff which was very friendly. It is very nice place especially for smaller kids. There is kindergarten which works from 10-12 and from 16-18 o'clock. My son loved it. Every day they had different activities and games. The entertainment team are young guys and they give their efforts. Every night from 21-23 there was or disco or dance nights, or pool party, or different shows which were nice to see. My son loved it. So if you want a nice family holiday and time to relax while your kids are busy playing, then I reccomend this place

It was our second visit to the campsite and we stayed for two weeks in August in a Torcello Platinum. The sea was very clean and warm, two sunbeds and a parasol at the beach was included in the price. The waterpark is super, don’t miss the Pool Party on Wednesdays. The floor is very slippery, be careful. The staff at the reception were very polite and helpful. The cleaning up was top, they changed the towels twice and the sheets once a week. They cleaned the mobile home once a week, it was very comfortable. The worst thing was the mosquitos. The camping was using during our stay an anti-mosquito treatment three times all over the Camping, but did not really help. Bring mosquito-repellent creams, sprays and gadgets. Thank you your professional work. Grazie tutti. See you next year CP!
