Dear Alena, thank you for your nice and positive review! This year we have rebuilt our entire pedestrian area and the sea-food shop like this was a novelty in our campsite. It's good to hear that you loved it! Also your second highlight is very important to us, In our campsite you can find many places to enjoy like you say "real" gelato and our two "gelaterie" even produce their own icecream. Best wishes and hope to see you again in Cavallino Treporti

This summer was our third visit to this site. Previously we visited many sites in France. We generally fly and stay with 2 other families, with kids from 7 to 13. This is a really excellent site, lots of facilities in terms of restaurants, cafes, shops, a wonderful aqua park, but

Dear Guest, what a pleasure knowing you came back to our site for the 3rd time and we would like to thank you for this positive feedback . We take the chance to answer about some aspects we could improve according to your opinion. We have to say we are working on our booking system. We would like to keep on giving priority to our usual guests, being able to give them an answer earlier. We are trying our best. At the same time we will keep in mind the payment issue, even tho in these years we had no problems. As you know the site is huge and since the fact our guests have different habits and needs, some rules are necessary: the night siesta is one of those and our night guardian must make it respected in order to guarantee a peaceful coexistence of so many people. Concerning the wristband and the passport we can confirm that we are legally obliged to register all the people staying by us and due logistic reason, since the fact the check in/out during the day are so many, we need time for the registration. We kept the passport at our cash office, where can be collected if wanted or necessary. We are sorry if this procedure annoyed you, but we had no complaints so far. We are glad to know that you consider our site one of the greatest in Europe and that you suggested us to friends and families. Best regards

We have been at the Camping Village Marina di Venezia twice in the last couple of years. To be honest I do not know any other place in Europe which would be so family-friendly, clean and full of fun than this place. If you are not attached to hotels then this place will be someth

Dear Guest, it's a pleasure reading you already chose our Camping Village twice and you are looking foward to coming back once again. Actually, our campsite it has been created with a specific focus on family with kids, therefore many activities and infrastructures have their fun as goal. The cleaning and our kindness staff are 2 of the most important aspects for us, therefore we are happy you underlined them both. We will be waiting for you and your family in 2019. Best regards

Stayed for 7 nights in July 2018. Our allocated pitch turned out to be in full sun but they did agree to move us and we ended up with a beautiful pitch just back from the beach. Why they hadn’t given us that one in the first place - as we’d pre-booked months in advance - was a

Hi we are arriving at Marina di Venezia on Wednesday 22nd August. We land at 15.30 and wish to get on the 16.20 direct shuttle to the campsite. Can we purchase tickets in advance? If so how do we do this. Could you please let me know how much this is likely to cost and whether we can pay using a credit card. Many thanks
Hi, from the airport to the site you can’t purchase in advance unless you get the slow buses and change. Best thing to do is buy ticket at the ATVO ticket stand once you’re through arrivals and in airport. You can pay by credit card and cost is €12 return. Bus leaves from stand B and drops outside site. Hope that helps. We’re there now and it’s a great place. So clean.

Hi Travelling to this place at weekend. We arrive mid pm Sunday. Transfer pickup seems expensive. What are the public transport options from Marco Polo? Does anyone have any views or guidance? How much and where does bus go from. Thanks Dave
Hi I’m travelling in two weeks if you look on the camps website there’s a bus takes you. I’m going from trevisco airport but the bus serves both airports and it’s about 6 euros each....look at below questions somebody advises you where to go etc! Enjoy!
