Residenza Storica su Palazzo storico, posta nel centro storico di Castiglione del Lago, uno dei Borghi più Belli d’Italia, finemente ristrutturata, dispone di 5 Suite con salottino e zona camera da letto, dispone di 2 Junior Suite. La Superior Suite particolare sita al 3° piano dispone di terrazzo privato, che scopre tutto il lago, con vista Incantevole e soprattutto unica, ha sul terrazzo una Vasca Idromassaggio e letto a baldacchino. Le altre suite sono tutte caratteristiche di cui 1 con affresco originale appena restaurato sotto la tutela della Sovrintendenza, dipinto Madonna con il Bambino del 1583 ed un’altra con dipinti originali del 1700. Presto un’altra camera riavrà un dipinto, fantastico paesaggio originale del 1750, in fase di restauro. L’albergo dispone di ascensore, aria condizionata, wi-fi, parcheggio coperto a richiesta, colazione in camera a richiesta, solarium, posto nel terrazzo comune con splendida vista. Una sala comune, presto sarà dotata di centro benessere. We spent the e weekend in Castiglione and stayed at Hotel Boutique. Excellent location, super-central. Exquisite room with antique fresco on the walls, but with all the modern comforts. A very warm welcome from the team there. A special mention goes to the cotton towels, a very nice touch there, thank you! Shout out to the wonderful breakfast too. We’ll be back when on the area. Great job!

This the loveliest hotel… it felt like staying with family ….they made us so welcome! We were offered an upgrade to a beautiful suite with frescoes on the wall… very comfortable with everything you might need. Paullo, Roberta and Matteo could not have done more to make our stay more lovely. They picked us up and dropped us back to the station, recommended great places to visit and eat and did all they could to make our stay great. We stayed in the deluxe suite of the Hotel Boutique Castiglione del Lago this week. The room is lovely, with an amazing balcony that gives you a full view of the lake. From there, you can capture all of the light that makes Umbria famous, both sunset and sunrise. The package we chose included open minibar, a bottle of wine, and breakfast. Because it is off season, our breakfast, pre-ordered, was delivered to us on our terrace at the time of our choosing. The room is spotless, the bed heavenly, the shower indulgent. We slept in the cool and quiet, with the door to the terrace open (and a great screen door to keep the mosquitos out!). But above all, the best thing that the Hotel has going for it is its staff -- Paolo greeted us enthusiastically, personally showing us the room, gave us some history, and then pointed out who lived where around the lake. He took care of our every concern and recommended a fantastic place for dinner that showed off the areas tremendous seafood. The morning crew was just as delightful, with suggestions on the best time to come back, when the Christmas festival was going to be, and when the spring celebration of the start of the tourist season was. There is not a better place to stay in Castiglione del Lago to get a good night's sleep -- and most importantly, to hear the pride of the residents in a place they so clearly love.…

Such an amazing stay in Castiglione! This modern hotel offered many amenities, especially good air conditioning in the rooms, as well as a helpful staff. Paolo and Roberta are some of the most gracious and hospitable people I’ve ever met traveling Italy for the past 15 years. The personalized breakfast was plentiful and the location is perfect along the main thoroughfare. I look forward to returning to this hotel the next time I’m in Umbria.

Excellent hospitality, comfortable beds—and five-star air conditioning! Classic-feeling but fully modern small hotel; sparkling clean. Paolo and Roberta are incredibly helpful. Do avail yourself of their assistance with restaurant reservations and recommendations for nearby attractions. We felt so very taken care of by this lovely couple, who also run the boutique clothing store next door. Charming location on the old town’s little main street, with cute shopping, great restaurants and bars all right at the door. Super peaceful spot. Beautiful views of the lake from the breakfast room. Paolo advised us impeccably on local transportation, directions and sightseeing, and the fried eggs Roberta made me for breakfast made me feel at home!

I would highly recommand this hotel. Very big room en very luxurious! Breakfast was also very tasty! The employees and the owners of the hotel were very friendly! The hotel is in a cosy street with little shops and nice restaurants.
