Traveling and looking for an accessible room is always hard, most places have little or no information and many hotels when you book say that they cannot guarantee the room you will get, aka booking.com. Borgo Sicelle have a very good accessible room with an accessible bathroom. There is one small step (2 inches) at the front door and the...

Every morning, I opened my eyes and out the window was a wide view of the rolling hills of Tuscany. Need more? Okay. - The apartment was much larger than expected. There's a kitchen and table for preparing meals, if you wish. Large bedroom with armoire with a rod and shelves. Shower with excellent pressure and heat. - Covered car...

As I write this on our last evening of four here at Residence Borgo ("village") Sicelle, I can say that I'm really going to look forward to returning. Our 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment was really large; the kitchenette enabled us to "cook in" all our nights here (saving a bundle of Euros). Others have remarked on the beautiful views, great location and...

This was our first time at Borgo Sicelle in June 2016 and we'll definitely be back! It is a lovely setting in typical Tuscan countryside with fabulous views all around. The location is great for exploring lots of great towns and villages all around, many within 15-20 mins drive. We were there with our nearly 2 year old girl and...

Beautiful little gem in Chianti. The apartments are basic but clean and spacious, including a private kitchenette. The poolside and view is really pretty! We saw the most perfect Tuscan sunsets almost every evening. We also enjoyed munching at the outdoor tables. It was really nice to be able to carry a little picnic basket down to the poolside tables...

We had room two for three people and it was large, clean and in a great location on the property. The owners are helpful and unobtrusive. We found Tuscana to be a bit overwhelming to be running around at night so the restaurant across the road was very good and our nightly haunt for a couple of nights. We also...

What a great find! I can only echo the previous reviews. The location on top of a hill with beautiful vistas is just perfect. (Although the last few km drive is not for the faint hearted). The hosts were so welcoming and hospitable! The apartment had every facility we needed. There is also a really cozy restaurant just on the...

I hate writing such a great review because next time I book it may have no vacancies due to what you are about to read. In September 2014 my wife and I as well as two other couples visited Italy. We spent 9 nights at Borgo Sicelle using it as our home base as we visited, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Florence,...

The best place we've been to during our 3 weeks in Italy. During 6 days, we were amazed by the place. The owners of the place are just so wonderful, very helpful and generous of their time. They give good advices and we see that they like to do it. At a great price, we got an appartment for me...
