New facility, excellent location and outstanding service. Pietro went above and beyond to help us with our travel needs!!! We got recommendations for restaurants, transportation, and so many other things. The staff was ver helpful and kind! Will go back again for sure!!
This hotel has potential. But!!! It is known as the best hotel in the region. And so it should be. Great views, great accommodation, great potential. The room is ok, like you would expect for a 4* hotel. The management: where is it? I have been to several African hotels where it is better. Imagine… In the middle of the night I was woken by some people who thought the hotel was theirs. Screaming, shouting. Ok. Maybe bad luck. The following night: bass all over the place. Nice, unless you have a 12 years old with you. My bed was shaking. Turned out to be a party on the roof top. Rest of the guests: don’t sleep! The last day: quiet day by the pool. Yes! Until 20! children turned up and made the quid pool to a kindergarten. Raise your standards and this will be an amazing succes. If not, be a hotel that is ok, bud where people who have standards won’t come back again.…
The staff are exceptional so friendly and couldn’t do enough to make sure you had the best of care and service. Hotel has beautiful decor, modern and clean, excellent location and beautiful view from our bedroom. I look forward to returning
The hotel was beautiful and clean. Great area for food options. Staff were not friendly but not necessarily rude. It seems like no one in the area wants tourists back after Covid. Or should I say non Italian tourists. It seems as though we were imposing on the hotel and the whole city of Castellemare Di Stabia. View is phenomenal.
Stayed here for a week in September during covid. We had our temperature checked on arrival and hotel staff are ensuring guests where their masks in public areas. Hand sanitiser available at reception. Staff are nice and helpful. Hotel is in a great location on the beach and has the most amazing views and great location to see the sunset at night! Pool is a good size and clean, plenty of sunloungers. Our room had a nice view over the prom out to mount foite. Clean towels everyday aswell as 1 bottle of water per guest. Lots of restaurants within a short walking distance. The beach to the right side is better than the beach to the left. At some parts the beach is unkept (but obviously not the hotels fault). Hotel is in a great location for visiting other parts of Italy. Naples 60 minutes on the train Sorrento 20 minutes on the train Reception also helped us with a day trip of a mini cruise to visit Postanio and Amalfi coast. 2 trains stations are in walking distance of the hotel and the trains are very cheap (the train station where the cable cart is for mount foite is the one you want for direct trains). My only negative would be that I did not see anyone clean down any sunloungers between guest use. Although this normally would not be an issue I feel during covid the sunloungers should be cleaned or there be a self facility to clean your lounger before/ after use to minimise risk. We also did seem to have small ants daily in our shower cubicle (room 301) but the bathroom itself was clean. Overall I would recommend staying here, especially if you would like to see more of Italy on your visit as it is a great location! …
Stayed for 4 nights on recent trip & can't say enough about the property & staff. Both were GREAT! Everything's w/in walking distance & has beautiful views of the water. Staff was very helpful the entire time recommending things to do & great places to dine! Definitely be back after the ???guess what's settled down.....
Amazing Hotel. Very Clean and Friendly Staff. Raffaele Di Maio the Hotel Manager was the best. We were treated like Kings and the rooms views were spectacular. My. Vesuvius looked so cool every morning. Breakfast was excellent. With all the pastries and fruits. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you
The location is great, with spectacular views of the mountains and the water. The staff went overboard to make our stay the best it could be. Pietro, at the front desk, treated us like family, and couldn't be more helpful and gracious. The accommodations were top notch, in the midst of a vibrant city that provided something for everyone. Can't say enough about the hotel and the staff...great experience.
The hotel is modern, clean and convenient. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. At the front desk, Pietro was so informative and nice. In the restaurant, Pasquale was friendly and skilled. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento!
All aspects of the hotel were very good. Friendly and informative staff. Excellent food at breakfast and dinner. Great views of Bay of Naples. Large room. Close to Villas San Marco and Arianna. Castellammare is an interesting typical southern Italian town.
