Greeted on arrival with helpful staff who took our bags and insisted we check in at 10.30 am as our rooms were ready so we didn't have to kill time. Clean comfy rooms with ensuite and air con. Staff were so helpful at all times and couldn't do more for us. Breakfast was a treat of cold meats, cheese, cereals,...

This hotel is 140 years old. On check-in, I took the service/baggage elevator up to the room and it was filthy with a bottle lying on the floor. Then I entered my room. Looked like what I saw in the website except it was filthy and falling apart. The drains were fully pulled out of the sink and shower. Stool...

Have just returned from a 10 night stay. The room was ready for us even though we arrived early. We were welcomed & shown to our room. Staff all friendly tho not all speak English very well. It has a wonderful view from the balcony & roof terrace. There is major renovation work on the promenade, which at the rate...

The staff are wonderful and so friendly at this traditional hotel that has been recently renovated. Beautiful views over the bay of Naples and never been made to feel so welcome anywhere. Can't wait to go back!

The hotel is slightly dated but the rooms are clean and airy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel doesn't have a pool but does have a Solarium on the roof with shower and a cool tub with 4 or 5 loungers. The best thing about the hotel is the stunning view from the dining room over the bay...

Very basic rooms. However rooms are nice and spacious. On the day of arrival we were greeted and taken to our room. But as it was not ready we had to wait in the restaurant for about 20minutes or so. All we were told in the reception the breakfast hours and what floor the restaurant for breakfast was on. When...

We stayed for a week at the end of August. We had a wonderful stay and fell in love with the town. Yes, Castellmarre Di Stabia is not as polished as Sorrento but the people are lovely, excellent shopping at night when everything opens and the local food is beautiful. You need to embrace the town for what it is....

We stayed there for 5 days in august 16. In the hotels website says that its in Sorrento. It not . it's in Castellammare di stabia and you ll need a 25 min driving to get to Sorrento. If there is a lot of traffic it will take you longer. No many things to do in Castellamarw -not even a beach....
