Most pathetic hotel - like a Dharmashala of India , substandard room decor , equally pathetic service and breakfast . Never ever go there . Agencies like Europamundo , make my trip , Yatra should never put their guests there

Stayed for two nights last week-end. Expecting the worst after reading some reviews on the way there. In fact the hotel is average in just about every way. My room was clean and tidy. The hotel was a little tired looking. The breakfast was ok.

The guide had warned us about the hotel conditions and true to his word we found ourselves in a nightmare 1. The rooms are old and musty. 2. It is given a 4 star but is a no star hotel 3. The breakfast corners was divided into 2 sections with a divider. Our was with stale breads, fruits which seems...

We stayed in the hotel for one night. It is far away from the center of the city, but this was not the problem. I would say the place around the hotel is degraded. The rooms were small and with dirty walls, the furnitures are very old. Many damages in the walls, windows, doors and hallways. The decoration is old fashioned....

Despise many people didn't like this hotel, my experience here was good. The room was clean, the bed comfy, I liked that it had some statues and paitings in the lobby and even a gift shop with touristy things and cheap.

It's located away from Florence. About 15 minutes ride away. In traffic can take more. The rooms are very dilapidated and need repairs. Very ordinary. It lacked comfort in every way. Very lack lustre breakfast. They call it American breakfast but it wasn't so. The staff is helpful and friendly though. The room doesn't have a good view too. Did...

We were put in this hotel after a cancelled flight out of Florence. This hotel is the worst we have ever stayed in. In the first room the toilet did not flush, in the second room the window was broken, there was mould all over the room, and the door to the balcony did not close properly or lock. They...
