Hey Mark I rarely visit my account and just saw your question. Obviously apologies for the delay. But in a nutshell it can snow ANY time of the year. I met two Aussies at Funivia who came over the back of the Stelvio, in a blizzard, in the middle of August. When I rode the up Gavia two days later it was just on zero at the top. Hope you have a great trip.
