Hotel Baita Clementi ****, situated near the historical centre of Bormio, a typical mountainous touristic location, only 800 metres from the ski stadium and the thermal spa, is a typical chalet which conserves the fascinating Valigiana architecture with a touch of class and elegance.
The entire structure has been studied and build in order to give you the sensation of being in your own mountain chalet with small, intimate and cozy saloons furnished with exquisite taste.
Baita Clementi offers you many services: sky tv in every room, a bar with a fabulous scene, a restaurant with typical wooden ceiling, a small wellness centre, a modern fitness hall equipped with Technogym, a warmed ski and ski boots deposit area, a playroom for children, a garage for your motorcycles and bicycles, a splendid garden and private garage, also for buses, free Wifi internet connection in the whole building
I am really happy for all the people who have given this hotel with five stars, you can see that they are satisfied with little ... 135 € for a room that looks all the years it has, with the TV that doesn't work. a breakfast with packaged croissants and pieces of cake that were probably left over from the previous evening's dinner. I will definitely not give this hotel a chance to change my vote. Thanks anyway to the courteous and professional staff (I put an extra star for them).
We stayed at the hotel for a cycling holiday to ride the stelvio and gavia. The hotel was fantastic, the supreme room was clean, spacious and had all the facilities. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The cycle store was excellent. I would recommend the hotel.
We came for a one night stay and the service at this hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities. Breakfast was delicious with a wide array of food choices. Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. We were not skiing on this trip but this was clearly a hotel enjoyed by skiers. The view out our window was spectacular.
This was a beautiful hotel. We were offered a room on the front which was of a good size but with no balcony and was quite dark. The hotel was very accommodating when we asked if we could change rooms. The alternative was smaller, but was the opposite side of the hotel, had outside space and was brighter. There are views of the mountains from both sides. The hotel was full as there was a local festival and an organised cycle event. Despite this the service at breakfast and dinner was very good, a varied choice of foods and helpful staff with our lack of Italian.
Friendly staff and good choice in Bormio. We were there in the summer. Rooms are nothing special but totally fine and clean. Breakfast buffé is huge and a real treat. We would absolutely stay there again in the future.
